I was there with family. They were at and I was inside and working. Waitress came to my desk every 20 min to ask me if I want something more and he was so unhappy when I didn't order drink after I had coffee and mojito and my family had several other things at side. Once I asked for the check, they asked me if I want to add tip to and waited, looking at me very angry. And he was not happy with my %5 tip, while charge was also included in bill. The waitress did her best to find an english menu which she did and was very helpful. Mind that the prices on the menu will be different than on the bill. For ex the burger on the menu is 15.99 and 17.99 on the bill, the bulldog gin and tonic was 10.49 on the menu and 11.99 on the bill. No commercial spirit at all. Then I asked a simple orange juice : they gave me a warm juice (no able to put one ice cub on it…) , half of the glass was pure seed and thick pulpe, not even a little bit filtered … I asked for a filter , I had to do it myself in front of the waiter, the 2 young boys they laughed of me, no professional at all. The worst was the young blond lady she was so impolite, rude , not well educated , I never saw a lady like that. Bartenders are quick, but they try to overcharge you. Rude and very bad mannered staff, the son of the owner (who is clearly there just because of his familiar relationship with the business, given the fact that he has absolutely none of the social abilities required for the job) treats clients very poorly, is passive aggressive and can't accept his mistakes, the food is simple and way overpriced and the location is just one more of many bars that do nothing other than destroying the aestethuic of what could otherwise be a wonderful natural beach. 0/10 ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND Debi, the hostess, was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. She kept repeating “there are no tables” while we could clearly see several empty ones right in front of us. Instead of being honest or polite, she made the whole experience frustrating and unwelcoming. Definitely not the kind of treatment that makes you want to return!!! It makes you feel like you’re bothering them, I would avoid We visited this restaurant and were disappointed by the level of service. The waiter was extremely slow and showed no interest in our needs. The burgers were decent, but the overall experience was spoiled by the waiter's rude attitude and complete lack of attention to customers. Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable We came with friends for lunch.We had to wait for 45 min just make an order. The server girl came to take our order did not have any manners at all . She was rood and careless to take our order. And on the top of all she had a terrible body odor ( like rotten sweat) that immediately killed our appetite.Disgasting! Her name is Svetanka Krisheva. We asked her politely to call the manager but she said that she is the manager/administrator. After we placed the order we had to wait for almost an hour for our lunch to arrive. When it’s arrived in one of the dishes there was a pubic hair! That was the end of our lunch experience in that joint. We called for that stinky administrator to get the check .When we got our it was 100 lev over the price. This place is horrible! It seems like they don’t like customers who don’t speak Bulgarian language. I would not recommend to come here especially if you from USA or other civilized country. Very chill place during the day, very lame when the clock hits 10-11 pm.
