First forgets giving straws and the mud cake, then refuses to warm it after my request (like I usually ask in any other espresso house) and I had to hear that those are not the rules and I usually follow all the rules! One toilet functioning during vacation isn't optimal and no cold brew @1400H. The seating area was a bit messy. Overall good fast service, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Always good coffee. For some reason they just poured the chai powder on top of the ice instead of mixing it with the milk separately before pouring it over the ice. They also forgot the order of a regular coffee. Since the iced chai wasn't really drinkable we instead ordered a hazelnut ice latte in which they forgot to put hazelnut syrup. There were hardly any customers at the time so it can't be chalked off to stress. This is not the standard I've gotten used to from Espresso House. 20 minutes for 2 espresso (takeaway) and they have only one costumer (3 workers )!! The gentlemen on this morning (with the lovely long hair - sorry didn’t remember his name) is doing an amazing job! Super polite, very friendly, brilliant multitasker and understanding of every language walking in. Great coffees too. He deserves a pay rise!! That fellow with the goatee Alex i think is the simply the best barista ive ever come across, makes a mighty ice latte I didn’t know that they used TAPPED/dispenser espresso and tea (at least in the cold drinks)… It’s really disgusting 🤢 and definitely not worth the price — we had to throw both… Espresso House usually serves good drinks, but I simply can’t recommend this one (and maybe other drive-through-versions?), unless you perhaps order half the cup with syrups or sugar… Came in 17.30 for cups of coffee…. Worst coffee. Taste is like filter has not been changed in two days. No machines working and place is super dirty….
