Fantastic, wonderful, this festival and congress center near the sea garden of the city of Varna is very visited for various theater productions and concerts. I have used this place before, was in search of a venue for a seminar later this year. I knew I would find what was required here, and so it turned out. Staff were brilliant and with my colleague we were sorted and booked in withing 30 minutes. Great service 👏 👍 👌. The level of service and cooperation from the staff was much appreciated by all who attended the seminar, the facilities too are fantastic. I went there a month ago for a play starring some of my favourite Bulgarian actors and wasn't disappointed! The place has two enormous halls, having more than 300 seats! There is also a bookshop! For the first time I think in the history of Varna a South Indian movie was screened BEAST new movie and it was fun to see all south Indian fans getting excited.. we a group of 7 had fan too and later one more joined in so the gang of 8 blasted away till around midnight.. The sound system and the seating in the theatre was way better than the last time I have been and a lot of upgrades have taken place. Nice atmosphere with very old communist feeling wich is a bit weird Good, well-built place in classic communist brutalist style architecture. The main hall lacks the needed acoustics for classical concerts, though. Unforgettable experience. If you have a standing ticket, you should be ready to stand for around 3 hours on one spot. Although the balcony offers a nice view the overall verdict is: the place offers limited space with very outdated interior and people were struggling getting in and out. If there was any ventilation — it definitely wasn’t good. Very frustrating considering that it was a graduation ceremony and people wanted to see their children and some couldn’t. It's very good place, well organised. They have a wide range of cultural shows which are well made and thought through. Unfortunately was the staff quite unfriendly when I was there.
