One of the cafe-bars with the most chilling and located at the central beach. It is always very busy except for the colder days in the fall and winter. They also have regular dj gigs and parties. During winter the indoor space is relatively small. The cocktails are nice. Even the season is almost over, you can enjoy beer, great Mohitos , White Frappe and Diaquiri! People are here ,the cats and the seagulls are here! The mood is perfect for a few last drinks, stuff is always ready to help to make your day better! Sadly, my most recent experience really let me down. I ordered a Coke Zero, but the bartender mistakenly opened a regular Coke. When I pointed it out, instead of simply replacing it, he replied with a sarcastic, “You think you’ll consume less sugar? Haha,” in a very dismissive and irritating tone. Then my cousin tried to order an elderflower lemonade and simply asked for “an elderflower,” to which the bartender snapped, “We don’t have such a thing.” The only drink on the menu with elderflower flavour is elderflower lemonade — so he clearly knew what we meant. My cousin is local and orders it the same way every time. Only after some back-and-forth did the bartender say “OK.” It really felt like he was going out of his way to turn a simple order into an uncomfortable interaction. It’s such a shame to see someone with such a negative attitude serving at a place known for its chilled, welcoming vibe. I truly hope this was just a one-off — but unfortunately, it affected how I feel about coming back. The only place I found on the offering plant based milk for my decaf! Relaxed and good music. Staff very professional and relaxed at the same time. You can feel that they have been around for a while. Lots of space in September to work, so you don't feel your are taking up space. Best bar in Varna. We enjoyed the and overall the atmosphere. We will return here evertime. Very very pleasant place to stay directly on the beach, you can enjoy sea and coffee or some drink at the same time. A little bit hipster or free way going club. There are locals, but as well tourists or expats. I highly recommend frappe in summer and hot chocolate in winter. Had a few evening drinks here in the summer of 2024. It had decent and ticked the relaxed but lively box. I noted charging on entry after a certain but did not seem excessive. Good for groups and solos alike. Cheap equipped, with decades of no maintenance of chairs and tables on the sand. Terrible dark toilet. Self-service. High food and drink prices. You get nothing for your money but a good sight to the sea ! I don't recommend ! When i visited the place with friends, at first i was enthralled with the view. A bit later i realized that the whole place was atmospheric because of the great decoration. Coffee, alcohol , and service ....it was all perfect! !! 9years now and I still feel it home. Such a great atmosphere, super cozy! Amazing place to chill-out, relax and enjoy the with the nice music. Variety of beers, drinks and non-alcoholic drinks and all are reasonable price. ⚠️ The most important thing is the cash rule, you must bring with you cash! We came here every day while staying in Varna. Just get a drink and chat with ur mates. Everything was great. Only negatives were the toilets - they were really bad. The essential. The trusty. The legend. The beginning, the middle and the end of every day spent in Varna. Come during the day for cappuccino &beach time, bring your own popcorn and watch the sun come down while sipping on whiskey or rum. Get some shots, walk around and come back at 2am when you finally realize nothing in this sorry shanty town comes even close to the glory and the comfort of Cubo bar. Enjoy. Then rinse & repeat. Decent bar, poor service. Do better. Good that they have Mate. They just need to learn how it’s served when ordered with a shot of rum. Just send your barkeepers to Berlin for a crash course. Nice atmosphere, cool view, good cocktails and not bad music. For this moment Cubo is one of the best places to have fun on the beach.
