It's expensive (20 euro if you come from the morning+ 6 euro parking). Many reviews say its rundown, but I don't agree: it's indeed a bit old, but it is well maintained and clean. L'ensemble n'est pas en super état, les vestiaires sont très petits, quasiment pas éclairés et il faut encore prévoir des pièces de 2€ les casiers !! Ça donne une pression d'une vielle piscine qui va fermer dans pas longtemps et qui n'est plus entretenue. Vraiment déçu... Verschrikkelijk! Bij aankomst vertellen ze niets maar de 2 glijbanen waren buiten dienst. Ook dat het restaurant gesloten is vertellen ze niet. Dan moet je maar wandelen naar het restaurant van het vakantiepark, in de kou, nat en in zwemkledij. Maar in dat restaurant spreken ze dan geen Nederlands. Dan het zwembad. Verouderd, zoveel is duidelijk. Maar wat een stank in de kleedkamers. En wat een ijskoude tocht. Blijkbaar staat in het zwembad een nooduitgang open voor rokers. Die staan daar dan naast het buitenbad te stinken. Gezellig hoor! De ene glijbaan die wel open is, daar zit een redder bij het einde. Maar die zit gewoon op z'n gsm. Wij zijn 2x op andere mensen belandt die daar gewoon voor het einde van de glijbaan aan de rand zaten. Pijnlijk en gevaarlijk! Zo'n erbarmelijk zwembad is zeldzaam. Van start tot einde afschuwelijk. Het personeel, service, hygiëne,... om van te braken. Hier gaan we zeker nooit meer terug. Sterk afgeraden voor families! Free entry and parking is included when staying at the adjoining Sunpark site. The changing and shower areas were clean and tidy with a staff member constantly mopping and maintaing the area. Lots of changing stalls and lockers. There is a seating area before you enter the main changing area to remove outdoor shoes. You can also find free to use hair dryers here before you leave. Free life jackets / flotation for children or weaker swimmers. Plenty of chairs and loungers around the side area. Lifeguards are present around the pools. Multiple areas, shallow children's splash pool, main wave pool. Outdoor pool, jacuzzis and waterslides. This complex is much bigger than the one at Kempense Sunpark. We visited mid week in March. Mornings were busy with what appeared to be school groups. Then after lunch very quiet. Absolutely no waits for any of the or jacuzzi's. We enjoyed our visit. The first look is good. Then the horror begins. The place is falling apart in some areas. Old, and outdated lockers. Some showers are broken. Here and there you see a rusty pipe and wall segments that fall apart. In some areas everything looks clean and in shape. This place needs to be closed, be refurbished and some dedicated investment. Don't recommend at all (only if you get it "free" when you stay at sunparks - but even then, it's not a nice place) Relatively good. Dommage que les toboggan ne fonctionnent pas Good place for kids. Not new but well maintained. We regularly come and have a good time with our kids there In very bad weather, this place might offer a few hours of shelter. However, much of the facility is run-down, broken, and no longer hygienic. The changing rooms, with numerous lockers (requiring a €2 deposit), communal showers, and toilets, were especially overwhelming. Without counting I think there were 6 hairdryers on the wall, three of which worked. Overall, the place feels neglected and desolate. Especially the dining area. To make matters worse, the were undergoing maintenance during our visit — though admittedly, that can happen. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Again! This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a swimming pool. The staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and even showed racist behavior – absolutely unacceptable. Most of the facilities were either or out of service: • The were closed. • The jacuzzis did not work. • The jacuzzi seats inside the were broken. • No waves in the wave pool. On top of that, the hygiene was shocking. Black dirt and slime all over the walls, loose tiles, doors in the toilets and changing cabins. To make matters worse, even the lifeguard was more focused on his phone than on safety. This is in urgent need of a complete renovation. Considering the terrible service, facilities, and unhygienic environment, the price/quality ratio is absolutely unacceptable. Shame on the management for allowing customers to pay for this disaster of a place. Avoid this at all costs! Très déçu ! Je me suis rendu dans cette piscine le 12/03 profiter des infrastructure. Et suprise les deux grands toboggan en maintenance 3 semaines ! 17€ l'entrée ne pas profiter des deux plus grandes attractions de cette piscine...cela fait chére ! They are racists and treat people with contempt and disdain and they discriminate even though I made a reservation for a whole week. However, it was a bad experience and I will not return to them. They banned veiled women from the pools and there was an employee who told a Muslim woman that she could not swim because she was scaring others who were swimming in the clothes she was wearing. I was really shocked by this situation. He did not have to tell a Muslim woman in such an insulting way. They are really very bad. "They were blatantly discriminatory towards Muslim women wearing burkinis. This place doesn’t even deserve a single star — it was absolutely terrible." Parc agréable, l'eau est à bonne température. Le prix est cependant assez cher la superficie et le peu d'attraction proposées : trois ou quatre toboggans, une piscine à vague très vieillotte, un "courant"... C'est à peu près tout.
