Opens due to schedule at 10 am....staff arrives at 10:05...adult 16 RON plus foto fee 10 RON...staff cannot give change to 100RON and card payment also not possible,so lady at entrance took 16 RON small and told to make foto "without flash/fara"....after appears aggressively a guy (with a little girl!!) and forbids to make fotos...when asking him about his ID,he runs away after playing "I will call the police". Muzeul de Istorie din Roman Muzeul de Istorie din Roman este situat in str. Cuza Voda la nr. 19 in cladirea cunoscuta drept Casa Nevruzzi si este monument istoric. Cladirea este monument de arhitectura baroca din secolul al XIX-lea. In anul 1983 au fost restaurate trei plafoane pictate initial de artistul Ludwig Branner. Muzeul detine si o a doua cladire - Corpul B. Cladirea Corpului B a Muzeului de Istorie, (Casa Falcoianu) este declarata la fel monument istoric. La 1 septembrie 1957, in Roman a fost infiintat oficial un muzeu de istorie. Initial patrimoniul sau avea doar 8 piese din depozitul de bronzuri de la Doljesti, iar in timp i s-au adaugat alte exponate asa ca in prezent detine peste 170000 de piese reprezentand toate epocile istorice. Muzeul expune artefacte din: neolitic (Aldesti), tezaur neolitic Cucuteni A, bronz, piese din necropola dacica de la Valeni, o colectie dacica din perioada clasică (cetatea de la Brad), o valoroasă colecție de obiecte ale dacilor liberi, obiecte medievale din cetatea Roman si satele din imprejurimi din secolele XIV - XVI.
