We waited in a "line" at the entrance to be served for about 5 minutes only to be told that we need to order in a different counter. this one altho with only 5 people ahead of us took another solid 10 minutes. thr wait for the waffle was over 15 minutes and the wait for the "milkshake" another 5 after the waffle.
