The food unfortunately was not good. It was bland and lacked flavour. The overall vibe of the place made up for this so we didn’t mind too much. The view of the place is amazing, but that's it. The food was expensive and not really good. The only vegetarian options were hummus (with a ton of fennel) and french fries, anything else. My friends order the mini burgers, which supposedly were four but it was just one burger cut in four parts... I was excited about trying these place and I'm leaving it very disappointed. Good view, but the food is bad and miserly! Very little vegetarian opcions We had just arrived in Saint Florent and decided to have some light food at Vista. We both ordered the Beef Burger. The photo shows the raw meat my wife scraped from the beef burger. There was a lot more raw meat than is shown. Now this may be the way French Chefs cook the burger meat. Mine was the same. Therefore, if this is normal then ignore this review score on the food. We are used to the meat being cooked more than this. Our overall impression of the service was that the men there were really just going through the motions and had no passion for their jobs. It has probably been a busy season. This review is only for the burgers we had and it may well have been an off day. I feel they could do better given the location advantages they have. I would be very reticent to try it again. Nice Setting, horrible service, slapped the menu on the table was very unfriendly and let us wait for 30 minutes until we could order. Eye contact was not possible, very very unfriendly. Coffee was ok. Not coming back. Oh and horrible toilets… looks like a toilet on the German autobahn but with marble tiles. Have a look at the view, take a photo and spend your money elsewhere. This is an awful place with tasteless drinks and the most arrogant serve in Corsica Breezy spot with a great view. Good bar menu with something for everyone from cocktails to coffee, they even did a cold milk for the kids. Very friendly.
