One of the beaches in St Florant you need a boat or 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach. This is the most organized. With a line dividing boat from bathing people. Restaurant close by. Simple. Harbor for popeye co boats. Very nice beach. The sand is amazing. A bit bizzy during the season. Even on a Wednesday in September. No WC. Clean up yor trash please and take it home. The is amazing, too bad it is ruined by people who forget their trash and place their thing behind the fence put in place to protect the dunes... If it was supposed to be a "wild secluded beach", oh well IT ISN'T anymore, it's a lot more crowded than most beaches in Corsica actually Please be respectful of this wonderful place and be responsible and pick up your trash. Other than that, the is amazing with perfect turquoise water and fine sand. Took a speed boat from Saint Florent over to plage de Lotu. Go for earlier in the day as it becomes more populated as the day goes on. Also worth paying for the smaller speed boats as there are around 6 on the boat and you arrive giving plenty of time to find a spot to pitch your towels. Bring an umbrella and food and drink as nothing on the though a 10 minute walk along the coast gets you to a restaurant. The sand is beautiful soft white sand and the water like a swimming pool. Safe for smaller children. One thing to note is the cows / bulls on the beach. They appear quite placid and leave you alone mostly if you leave them alone, however they tend to decide where they sit and sit there regardless of whether you are also sat there. We twice had to move our beaches and belongings as they came and sat on them. It was no bother as we chose the to see the cows as well as the scenery but just be aware that they do roam and you can't argue with them. Very well worth a trip and enjoyable. The has amazing clear waters with pink sand. Half of it is full of algae but it’s more than feasible. is beautiful. A bit more full than expected, but no where near crowded. Sand is really fine and cool. You desperately need a sun umbrella and DO NOT open any food, as the wasps will swarm you immediately. Great but I liked Saleccia better as this one is a bit smaller and there are more small tree branches on the beach. Still a fantastic beach. Its a great brach, top 3 in Corsica. Crystal clear water. Highly recommended. However, due to it having a dock, larger boats deliver hundreds of beachgoers and it gets very busy around 11AM. Western end of it has cows roaming around and you probably guessed it cow dung. Worth to be on the bucket list! Getting there by boat which is 18 € and hiking around or spending the time at the beach! Incredible!
