We visited this place unplanned, just stopped by, but I am very grateful we did. We had a guide to show us around and his enthusiasm, professionalism and enormous knowledge of all things horsies and history blew our minds. We had an hour long chat and we could hardly tear ourselves away from this place. The tour was so overwhelming that we decided to return here for a long weekend sometime in autumn. Csoporttal érkeztem. Várt bennünket a helyi idegenvezető. Mintegy 3 órás program volt vele. Folyamatosan lekötötte a látogatók figyelmét. Rengeteg érdekes dologról mesélt. Úgy beszélt mintha több száz éve a Birtokon élne és sajátjának érezte (jó értelemben). Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. Volt a programban 30 perc lovaskocsikázás. Jó időben nagyon jó. Good competition, the platforms are nice, and the staff are very nice and friendly, thank you guys! Nice to see the horses and staff nice and friendly. But very casual about touring and seems you need to speak Hungarian or German to get a tour or else it was just bad timing .... if youre into horses then I guess it's a must! Istállóból átalakított rendezvényteremben folytak varrós, kézműves foglalkozások. Remekül berendezkedtünk, a helyszín teljesen alkalmas volt erre a célra. Az Imperiál Hotelben laktunk. Kellemes, komfortos szállás. A melegvíz megérkezéséig hosszú percekig kellett kiengedni a vizet, nem szabad feladni. A fűtésrendszer hangosan kattog. Mindezzel együtt másnak is akánlom. The stud farm is absolutely stunning! Even though it was the weekend and the museum was closed, we got the chance to catch the show jumping competition. I've only heard positive reviews about the museum (there is an exhibition of African exhibits underway)! The place is neat, clean, and truly an inspiration for all the horse enthusiasts out there. It's a must-visit spot, suitable for children and adults. Within the stud farm are stables, riding arenas and a small buffet with food and drinks. The staff is friendly. An organized tour of the stud farm and museum with a guide is possible if you book it in advance. A great place!
