I bought my here a few weeks ago. I had a late appointment on a Saturday but the lovely women here stayed open a bit later (which I really appreciate!) as I found the dress! There's such a large selection of and styles and they really helped me find what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable and I took it home the same day! I won't have my alterations/fittings for over a year but I love knowing that they have a very detailed list of alterations and they're very transparent about the prices. The size range is brilliant too, I'm a high street 16 and I tried on bridal 16-20s and noticed they also had above and below my size. It's rare to find a shop which have their own designers and seamstresses/sewists so I know that they'll do an job. I'll post an update to this review once the alterations have been done but so far I'm overjoyed with the whole I had here! I found my perfect at Elite boutique in Hessle and want to say thank you so much for a great experience. Hilary was so helpful when first trying on and completely understood what I was looking for. Once I had found my I received great service with ordering, fittings and alterations, with the team always being approachable and responsive. I felt in my on my day and received so many compliments. The lady who helped me put the on was super helpful and picking out she thought I would be interested in. We also booked VIP session: this was lovely although could have been structured a little better and the buns had whipped cream on! I received a lovely bridal gift bag with hen night goodies in which were beautiful:) Hilary was fantastic from to finish. We had spoken on the phone prior to the appointment where I upgraded to the VIP treatment. The store was beautiful and we had our own private area which made me super special. Hilary was clear about what we should look for, how things worked during the fitting etc. Overall her service was unbelievable, she made me confident about my own body and helped me find the perfect dress. I couldn't thank her enough. Tracey was just amazing! We had a really stressful situation with a previous dress, and she totally put our minds at ease. With limited time to find a new one, she made the whole so much easier. The alterations were absolutely perfect too, thank you so much! I couldn't recommend Elite, priory road enough. Can't wait to come back for my alterations 🤍 An from to finish, we had the VIP appointment and Mandy worked her magic for 2 and a half hours with us. When I returned to secure my we were there another hour and a half and felt like we left with new friends xx I was so apprehensive about going and trying on and had been putting it off for some time due to gaining weight through illness. But, I took the plunge and it was honestly such a lovely experience; I needn't have worried. Can't thank Hilary enough for helping me say yes to my dress. She really understood what I was thinking and brought out some wonderful suggestions. Would recommend Elite Bridal every time. Now I can to excited knowing they've got me sorted. Thank you. I went to Elite Bridal in Hull after facing a disaster with needing a new with only 19 days until our due to an issue with an alteration. They were so welcoming and understanding that I didn’t have a large budget due to needing a second that we didn’t plan for. They let us look through all the sale and also pulled a few out. Unfortunately as I’m picky and was ‘replacing’ a I already knew what I wanted and they didn’t have many in my style but we found one! We actually found two potentials but the one I went for was the one! It was absolutely gorgeous and my family and friends say they even preferred to my first when they found out. Although a stressful time for me it was also an enjoyable due to the staff so thank you so much! Has the most from the moment I stepped foot in the store. I brought my 2 year old to the appointment and they made it entertaining and nice for her too which I was really appreciative of! We’ve been to “say yes to the dress” and it was a fantastic experience. Mandy who looked after me was absolutely fantastic, she made me so comfortable and confident. They have a fantastic range of dresses. I also never felt any pressure or rushed to chose a dress. I had the pleasure of working with Hilary when searching for my today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the first moment, she made me comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. Hilary was so knowledgeable about the different styles and fits that would work best for my body type, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was patient and encouraging, helping me try on several beautiful options without ever feeling rushed. And ultimately, the that I said yes to, was one that Hilary picked for me to try on. The staff here have been amazing, i picked my around a year ago and ever since they’ve been amazing. The manager is the most person I’ve met. I picked my up and honestly will miss seeing everyone. They’re all so helpful and nothing is too much of an issue. I 100% recommend coming to see them they answer all the questions. Not a single fault from to finish ❤️ Thank you so much to Tracey today!
