Great greeens for the time of the year, food in clubhouse incredible and incredible value for money, friendly to visitors for comp, good value Greens were amazing, tough but fair, back nine were very challenging. Fairways bare in places but in general the course looks great, pick and place rules. Tee boxes fantastic with black, white, yellow tees in play. Fab house really nice staff. Sunday in September, 25 degrees, sunny with no wind. Decent enough course, very narrow with horrible rough. Played with a syndicate of 12 and the general concensus was we've played more challenging and better condition courses for less ££. Greens were OK, but fairways were parched and cracked, Would I go back? probably not, we have a host of nicer courses closer to home offering better value for money (even on a weekend). Lovely place course ingood condition, nice house very friendly people, enjoyed it Food, lovely. Staff, lovely and friendly. The chairs need regarding or cushions on, most uncomfortable. The car park is VERY dark and needs to be made safer to navigate your way back to your car. Dangerous. Great Golf Course. One of my favourites locally, lovely food and beer. Service is fantastic and shop is also brilliant Excellent golf course can't wait to play again. If you are looking for a that offers a friendly atmosphere and a challenging course, please look elsewhere!! Some of the directors are nothing more than clueless individuals that are there literally just because! The bar shuts at 4 during the week and the weekend is hit and miss. The course its self, although the groundsman does a fantastic job, has become nothing more than an ego booster. Totally open with hardly any punishing hazards, you will be able to reach the greens in two no matter where you are on the course. Finally, if you are taking a child with you, make sure you provide him with a cricket helmet and pads as the directors believe shouting fore is for villains (not golf etiquette). Stay away, a must avoid and play safe! Great course with excellent greens. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good value for money Despite the weather, the course was in good condition, with lots of work being done. Good food too One of my favourite local golf courses — the layout’s great, the food and beer are spot on, and the service is always excellent. The shop is well-stocked and really helpful too. If you want a golf society day, this must be on your bucket list. WOW .fantastic course Was able to come up from down south and play holme hall and thought the course was in superb condition also found the members very helpful and welcoming. The food was of the highest quality and the staff were all excellent. Well done done to all at holme and keep up the great work. Came with a party of 9 just for Alun htime meal. Very nice room and venue.Staff very efficient and helpful. Food very nice and good atmosphere. Only grouse is that pensioner and starters a's menu needs expanding as no pies or fish on menu Fantastic course….even tho the dry weather has battered the fairways the greens are some of the best I’ve played on (fast and true )….all the staff are friendly, food was brilliant and £15 for a buggy (all other clubs need to be like this Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
