Really busy and not in a bad way, lots to do for the kids, several areas depending on the age of you child, has some great party rooms so you can have food and a cake away from everyone else. Cafe inside doing food too but we never had anything there ourselves. parking as well. Children loved the party. Adults had time to chat. No cleaning to do. I take my little boy every week he loves it. The food is great too Our 2yo loved it and it wasn't overly crowded which was refreshing - midweek visit Lovely place. Staff members, kind and professional. We had few issues solved immediately and with great care. Thank you My 2 year old loved it. I could sit right near the toddler area and watch him safety, the cafe do a breakfast, have a selection and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Place is very clean both sitting area and area and even though I'm from lincoln it's well worth the drive. There is so much to do, great areas for all ages, all facilities that are needed, food and reasonable prices, plenty of tables and seats for the price this is definitely one of the best plays we have ever been to! The itself is decent — a bit tired looking in the toy area, but the still had plenty of fun, which is the most important thing. However, I’ve been a few times now and unfortunately, I’ve consistently found the same issue with the café. Despite signs on the tables clearly stating that dairy-free alternatives are available, none have ever been offered when I’ve asked. On one occasion, I was even told off by a staff member for giving my child a piece of fruit I brought from home — without being asked why. As someone with dietary restrictions, I always carry safe snacks just in case, and it felt really unkind to be treated that way. Sadly, for this reason, we won’t be returning. Lovely place, only issue is when big go in the baby part and noone enforces it? I understand parents are responsible but not hood when a baby crawling and you have to grab them quick when 2 boys , clearly about 7 come flying in the bit. Food very hot! Maybe need some children's cutlery? Nice place,good for and cafe,pretty rubbish with having no wi fi as this is normally a must for and mums n dads Great place for the to burn off the energy. Definitely showing its age though. Parking might be an issue on the weekends as now most modern cars are a lot bigger and the parking spots are a tad bit small especially when you need to open the car door for car seat ect. I arrived with my 6 year old son and 15 yr old daughter, we ordered food and my daughter took her younger brother on the equipment helping him climb up. A member of staff came over and said sorry she can’t help him on the equipment only you can. I explained she was jsut helping him as I cannot go on as I have been struggling with vertigo and that his big sister has taken him in other plays this Easter with no trouble. They still said no. Therefore I asked if we could cancel the food order and have a refund of the £10 we paid to come in, we were told the food was nearly cooked so I would wait for the food and then they would refund me for the as we weren’t able to play. After eating the food, we went over to the desk for our refund for the play, to be told the manager has changed their mind, your choosing to leave so we can’t refund you. I think this is terrible. If their rules are different to every other play, then they really should make you aware when paying initially!! I will not be returning to this establishment, and will definately be using the other local plays who have better customer service skills. My kid dissapeared Not aloud bottle of water to bring in , must by from them Poor attitude to special requirements refused specialist food and drink under the rules of H&S yet all food and drink available on site is not available to those with allergies or consideration for those with ASD and other needs. Foarte frumos I am 67 and I enjoyed the ball pit I made it nice and sticky for the other kiddies I found a friend and brought him home 5 stars would go again 😁 Last Saturday I took my 4 grandchildren to cheeky chimps, they all had a brilliant time. We all had lunch there too. But as we was leaving the manager said we should of only been there for 2hrs. I didn't think that's very fair as I had payed £33 to get in had snacks and drinks when we first got there than had lunch and drinks throughout the time we was there so nearly sent £70. I've taken my grandchildren all over to areas and never been told just 2hrs. Just think I bit unfair.
