The hop pole is a large but cosy pub. The are very and welcoming, there is a wide choice of beers, lager and cider including cask conditioned real ale. The pub is very popular for its good food. The pub also has live music at the weekend and I have been to see some really good bands here. There is an outside seating area and a car park. Fantastic Food at The Hop Pole! Just had a fantastic meal at The Hop Pole and couldn't wait to share my experience! The food was absolutely top-notch - everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Whether you're a pub food traditionalist or looking for something more adventurous, I'm sure you'll find something to love on the menu. The were just brilliant too. Super and attentive, they made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They were happy to answer questions and offer recommendations, which was a big help. And let's not forget the prices! The Hop Pole offers fantastic value for money. You won't break the bank enjoying a delicious meal and a atmosphere. Overall, I can't recommend The Hop Pole highly enough. Great food, staff, and reasonable prices - what more could you ask for? It's definitely a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered! Nice food. We booked a table for 7 and ended up with 9 people which they accommodated without a problem. The service was quick and and the food arrived fast. Not only that it was good food. My Dad - fussiest eater when out - said it was the best Hunter’s chicken he’d had in years. Everyone enjoyed the whole atmosphere. Definitely recommended. Myself and 3 friends popped in after having a meal across the road. We had a few drinks before heading home. We had a great time, live music on… he was great, didn’t catch what he was called, people dancing and singing along as he was doing feel good music like Queen, Elton John etc! Had my dad's 90th birthday celebrations here on 27 th September. We booked out the room at the back. It was a great day, the were so accommodating, the buffet was lovely. Everything ran smoothly. When our time was up in the room the booked us 2 tables in the main pub so we were able to continue the day. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Will definitely visit again Live act played some cracking songs, no complaints. were quick to serve you at the bar so you could get back to your group. Great pub, family during the day time and evening, and if you want a more upbeat party atmosphere then this place does it fairly well on a weekend evening with live singers/bands. We went in recently and they had a great Karaoke DJ in - we had a fab night and will definitely be back again if they do Karaoke more regularly! Great food, hot and tasty. The and service were spot on. We couldn't have asked for better. We will definitely be back. Great value Would recommend and hopefully be back. Went for a meal we had a voucher for 40% of our meals.we ordered the 2 for £12.50 The woman on the till didn't really want me to use the voucher kept telling me it wasn't worth using it.i only saved £3 something but it's better off in my pocket.its not for them to say if I should use it or not.they was 2 behind the bar didn't come across as very friendly. Not sure if I would go back.the food and pub was lovely. My husband and I went to the hop pole in Willerby this morning for breakfast. The food was lovely, no complaints, but despite the advertised “free top up” on our coffee and tea drinks, we were told that we had to pay as “the top up table has not been set up today “ . I consider this false advertising, as the free top ups were shown on the printed menu card. It also constitutes breach. Comments please.
