What a find! Chef personally visited our table of 10, gave us a tour of the meat case (complete with tastings) and created a custom menu of his best creations. Absolutely phenomenal. A trip to this restaurant is a MUST! We got there and although we had a reservation, they had given our table to someone else. We were asked to wait 5 mins as they were hoping someone would leave and they could sit us at a table. The owner came to speak to us and said that this happened every day lately, so this seems to be a recurring theme. 40 minutes later we left as we were still standing in the doorway waiting! There was really nothing being done to help the situation or to make us feel like they were sorry for the inconvenience, they didn't apologise and kept on trying to pass the balme around. Utterly disappointing as we traveled a few miles to get there and ended up leaving hungrier than we got there to go to a different place. Cozy restaurant, amazing service, and scrumptious food! Absolutely fabulous place, exceptional service, food was incredible and we had the chef and even the owners come by several times to make sure we had the best possible experience. Don't expect cheap food because they use the best quality ingredients, their Wagyu meat is brought only from Japan, but it's absolutely worth it! Delicious food, taste and quality premium, you forget you are in a small village, the experience at #trei regine makes you feel like a king or queen, and the outside pond is gorgeous.
