Additionally, one of the workers I encountered was getting too close to me and tried touching me in inappropriate ways, this is unacceptable in any situation, especially because I went there searching for help but in turn I left feeling disgusted by this man’s behavior towards me (a young girl). So in addition to not getting a functioning I also had a bad experience with the workers, I absolutely do NOT recommend. I had a problem with my charging port and he fixed it in just five minutes. The boss is a very good guy!!! He repairs my without charging me anything. First time see such a nice man in Italy!! The best! Accidentaly I pourred water into my Iphone and went to Clinica Iphone in Siena. They were nice and helpful. Repaired the pretty fast. Their english is fine. I recommend them!
