This has been the highlight of or Croatia tour! Our was a descendant of the that started the oil farm. Super informative and funny and tour. Food was extremely fresh and delicious. 100% come here and do the and get some food! Highly recommend! One of the best places on Brać Island. They will give you nice guided in the museum with all explanation of historical facts and information for fair price. At the end of the guided you can have nice of their products and the are all homemade, very tasty and with healthly benefits :). Last but not least you can buy same or another homemade products in the museum and bring peace of this home. I really enjoyed to visit this place with my boyfriend. One day, I would like to come back again. Friendly guy, started with aperitif then a little bit of history. Best option is to buy a with menu. When the ends a table with food is already waiting for you. snack. I menu 2 with cheeses. I love everything about this place. From the talks about the olives and oil to the food and lovely special ingredients. We had the most expensive option with meet, cheese and fish. It was a feast! Its good to come hungry ;) Everything was very tasty and high quality. The place is authentic with a rustic modern touch. Includes cute shop where you can buy oil for a good price and high quality, also some marmelades and other tasty snacks. 100% coming here. I now know way too much about oil. You get to try some bits of food and oil for just €7. Beware they want cash over card payment and claim to have a €30 minimum spend of card. The was very friendly and made for a great 20-30 minute experience. Great and very entertaining guide. Still a business and to learn about the process of creating oil is very interesting. The oil itself is quite expensive but very tasteful. The after the is also recommended. Plenty of bread, oil, spreads for a decent price. We made a reservation for a and lunch. The was very informative and we learned a lot about oil production. The was followed by an excellent lunch of cheese, olives, tapenades, tuna, anchovies, tomatoes and wine. Great to learn about the oil on the island, and the process needed to make the good stuff. Hosts and owners were super friendly and great to interact with. We stayed for the €23 euro menu and it was delicious. Would visiting. What a wonderful place. We were welcomed like family. A fantastic guided that was informative, humorous and engaging. Followed by oil including loads of lovely extras and wine. Would highly this. This was such a wonderful experience. For only 7€ you get a hands-on tour, a private guide, and a tasting. We spent almost an hour here and it was the best part of our day in Brač. Maurizio was an with such a friendly, welcoming attitude. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Oil Museum. The place itself is truly fascinating, filled with rich and beautifully preserved artifacts. What made our visit even more special were the hosts—they were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, taking the time to explain everything in detail. We left with a deeper appreciation for the craft and of oil making. This museum is a hidden gem and a must-visit for anyone interested in culture and tradition. Highly recommended! Wow! A great and amazingly informative delivered by one of the members. Loads of interesting facts and the kids were involved in using some of the old pressing machinery. The ends with a session and the opportunity to buy some oil, which we did as it was amazing!! We had our travel agent schedule a and I had no real expectations but this was the highlight of our trip to Brac. Our was amazing, he was thoughtful and had a wonderful sense of humor. Lots of to take it but the best part, the tasting. So much bites, you’ll have to stop yourself from eating everything in front of you. The portions are big, the oil is and the ambience is perfection. Please make sure to make a reservation. Really fun to take a look into this old oil mill, which has been passed down from generation to generation! The was amazing; very knowledgeable with great stories, but also really funny! We also loved the food at the end where we could try the oil but also different marmalades! This was one of our best visits during our time on the Island Braç. It is the last operational oil wind mill on the Island. The employees are really kind. The was very interesting and the with menu was very extensive for the price you pay. Top quality oil, wine and tapas such as tapenades, marmelades were of excellent taste. Definitely would recommend! This was my absolute favorite thing that we did on the island of Brač! Learned so much and the food was and it was nice to get a real cultural that brought you back in time. I really enjoyed the interactivity as well - we were able to operate the old press and everything 😃 We came here randomly as we wanted to visit The Museum of Island Brac, but we stayed here even after closing time, enjoying tasty products and black liqueur with the owner, his daughter and his godchild who appear to be a teacher and who gave us an interactive and lesson. We had so much fun with these people and have learnt a lot of interesting facts on oil production and equipment, as well as on the antique roof construction technique and how people used to live in the island of Brac. All the products we purchased are soooo 😋 Look forward to seeing you guys there again! Absolutely perfect! From the very first moment to the last glass of extra virgin oil – everything was amazing. Kind people, excellent food, and a beautiful, pleasant atmosphere. I definitely visiting. The welcomed us as if we were friends. A warm greeting, helpful answers to our questions, and great energy throughout the tour. Whether you're a solo visitor or part of a group, everyone receives a personal approach. The explained the technologies and shared personal stories with enthusiasm, which was truly inspiring. As soon as you step inside, you're surrounded by an authentic atmosphere: preserved presses, old tools, stone ovens – all brought to life through a family-guided tour. In every room, you can feel the strong spirit of tradition, from the early oil production techniques to the stories of life and work passed down by the family. After the tour, we were treated to an menu: extra virgin oil, homemade tapenades, fresh cheeses, homemade jams and bread, and high-quality prosciutto. Everything was prepared with love. The lunch was incredibly tasty and generous. We had a fantastic here. Stephan greeted us with cherry grappa and a lively introduction to his family’s oil mill. He was so passionate and knowledgeable. We learned about the building that houses the machinery, got a demonstration of how the oil would have been processed and pressed, and then had a wonderful of the oil produced there, including cheese, wine, olives and tapenades for a very reasonable price. They even had gluten-free bread to accommodate my allergy. I took loads of pictures and asked all kinds of questions and Stephan answered them all and encouraged us to stay as long as we liked. We bought oil and fig marmalade to take home. This was one of my favorite experiences in Croatia. Not to be missed!
