We bought guided tour with children and the guide was very engaged and polite. However there were two people who didn't buy tickets with guided tour and they were very disruptive, especially one guy who was imposing himself into our tour despite receiving clear but polite signal from the guide. He was sort of coming and going and inserting himself constantly between guide and the kids. It's pity he hasn't been asked more forcefully to adhere to what he paid for.
