One of the best beaches on the island. Well maintained by the hotel. It is unacceptable for this hotel not to take care of their bar services. We were staying at the hotel for a weekend in June. The first day we went to the we were surprisingly informed that they don't have a menu ! and they were offering only two kind of sandwiches (see photos), both looked and taste bad. No salads, no club sandwich, not even a simple toast ! With two beers they were kind to offer us a plastic cup of chips ! The second day, all of a sudden menu appeared ! In addition it was only one waiter to take orders and serve. So service was extremely bad and slow. Unacceptable! Be aware that for outside visitors it cost 50EUR to enter the beach. For this you get one umbrella and two sunbeds at the back of the beach. The is nice and the is really clean. It is excellent for people with small children since it is very shallow. Unfortunately there are no places to eat on the itself, only a bar. I would still NOT recommend it since the is no better Golden Beach, which is bigger, with better options to eat and have a drink and it doesn't cost 50EUR to get in. Maybe it is good for people, staying in the hotel part but for the others it just doesn't make sense. Very nice beach, no crowds, shallow water, extremely kids friendly. To gain acces to this first you must pay the guardian at the gate . We paid 22 euros for three sunbeds and one umbrella. You go forward with the car through the gate and park at the end of the driveway. The area is very well managed and all the things inside are tidy and well cared. There are peacocks on the edge of the road towards the front. Excellent service and good quality umbrellas and sunbeds. The sea entrance has a long distance of shallow and warm so is perfect for kids and there are also playground installations for children. Underwater view is filled from place to place with brown weeds where banks of fish are usually swimming. There s also a nice island at around 50-80 m . This is a nice location. Go there but make sure you be on location in the morning It is a paid beach. If you want to enter, you have to reserve it one day upfront, 25 EUR per person. I do not see a big difference to any other on Thassos. There is no working tavern next to it during the day, and therefore, only food as a club sandwich and salad is available. The only benefit is the possibility of having fresh towels. We used to go here before the pandemic, it was easily my favorite beach. Not crowded, great water, good food etc. But now they charge 50 euro for 2 people which is simply insane. I will miss this place dearly Nice beach, suitable for families with children.
