Finally we stayed nearly till the evening. Nice autumn season meal offered :) I originally had very good experience with this place when visiting and Later when ordering weekly menus. Unfortunately lately they have taken a bad turn, especially with the customer service. When I approached them with my issues, I didn't get much of an apology, only a call from them where they vocally expressed their dissatisfaction with me(their customer), for writing to them about food I received that has arrived in various undesired states, most notably too salty, or one time with a plastic shard the size of a thumb in it. I would have just moved on, but the personal attack they resorted to after I have summarized my good and bad experiences, is unbecoming of a service provider, hence my post here. Edit: Everyone can see firsthand how the ownership of this restaurant handles legitimate negative feedback: they start slandering you for actually expressing your experiences, and taking words and sentences out of context. I stand by my opinion that I have received one too many salty, mixed up, or outright dangerous and disgusting food from them to just take it. I encourage Everyone with similiar experiences to stand up for themselves and not take the abuse they receive.
