A beautiful place! We visited from London, as my partner used to come here when she was young, and it was so special to return with our own little one. The were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended — 100% worth a visit! I’d give 0 stars if I could!! Play seemed enjoyable although my stood on something sharp in the ball pool. Upon leaving and saying good bye to friends and family, getting coats on, using the loo and grabbing a toy from the machine on the way out, we ran over our allowance of an hour and a half by 20 minutes and were told that we were to pay £2.75 per as we’d not left when we should have, the was not overly busy and there were plenty of tables available, the held our shoes to ransom as we wouldn’t pay the extra, I explained we’d had food and drinks and wanted to finish them before we left and the lady behind the desk said that’s my problem I should have eaten and drank up in my allocated time! No where in the T&C’s does it say you must pay money if you happen to overstay your welcome! She went and got the manager who also told me the same thing and told me they did a call and it also states you must leave on on your table- I didn’t see that or hear the call!! Now I’m barred as i refused to pay the money to get out of there! After getting over £55 off our group for an hour and a half in what’s only a half decent place, you’d think they would over look the 20 minutes as good will!! I Won’t be returning - not just because I’m Now barred 😂 - but it isn’t really the best in the area!!! There are plenty out there with cleaner looking, friendlier and nicer areas with more comfortable seats to over stay at! Avoid!!! The best in Heywood/Bury/Rochdale. We came to celebrate our daughter’s 5th and we were so impressed with the attention to detail, how friendly and helpful the were, the delicious food and how clean it was too. There are so many sections with lots of amazing slides, ball pits, swings, things to climb and much more, the never got bored! Ava’s host, Eve was absolutely fantastic. She made Ava feel so special and took care of everything. The whole ran smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you all so much for making it special and a memory we will never forget 💖 Fantastic centre. The could not be more helpful. I visit during the week and occasionally at weekend. The food is always fresh and good quality. It’s is so much nicer that your standard playcentre food. We always enjoy our meals. I also love the fact that there are healthy options available. The jacket potatoes are lovely and the salad is always fresh. The portion sizes are not small in any way. The equipment is always clean and the dining always being cleaned. I have seen a few negative reviews about additional needs. This has never been the case when I have been there. The have always been very understanding and supportive. Whether with I have brought with me or when I have seen other families in there. Came today with 3 children. They all had an amazing time. Lots for little ones to do and have fun. The go out of their way to help and are always friendly. I didn't eat today but the food always has generous portions and is cooked to order. I've been to lots of soft in our and Planet is by far the best and is always clean. Visited today with our toddler daughter for the first and couldn’t fault the place. The young lady who checked us in with the dark hair in a ponytail was so lovely and welcoming, and we kept seeing her going around cleaning, in the toilets and the under 2s section. It did feel really clean in here compared to some other soft centres that we’ve been to. I have seen the reviews about the pricing being too high but I do feel that it’s worth paying the as it’s such a big soft place and loads of equipment. We’ll definitely be back :) We had our Daughters (Florence) 3rd here and we had an amazing experience. Macy our host was absolutely brilliant, it was well organised and she put in lots of effort with the kids. Everything went to plan and all 20 parents were complimentary of how it went. Thank you Macy and team! No issues with the venue as a soft option, but after spending £19 on entry and a further £22 on food and drink, I was quite disgusted that, especially on a very warm day, they would not provide a cup of tap water to a young child. Card payments have a minimum of £5 spend and as we were not long from leaving, I was loathed to spend that much money. Will not be returning, as this is one of the more expensive soft plays. They host my 6 years old party. It was so safe and well-equipped environment provided a fantastic to all kids and guests, staffs was kind and delivered much more than expected. Hayder, the entertainer, did an incredible job ensuring the children's excitement throughout. Thanks was fabulous 😻🤩😻 We have just had our daughter’s at planet play. We had the exclusive hire option and it was worth every penny. The soft was spotless and really well maintained. The were amazing from the moment of booking to leaving. They handled everything even down to putting candles in the cakes, taking the presents for us and giving out the bags at the end. Our host Mary was amazing. She was so kind and patient and really helpful to myself The usual prep stress was none existent as these guys just handled everything. Also the food available to purchase was delicious and a real hit with the parents. I’d defo recommend this place and also the package of exclusive hire for a stress free special I have been visiting Planet for over 20 years with my nieces and nephew, and I now visit with my great nephew. I love how they have different sections for different ages so the babies and toddlers are safe from the older children. The are very friendly and also super accommodating as my great nephew has a dairy allergy and is always well looked after when we order food and drinks. The kids absolutely love playing here and they most definitely recommend it. We attended a 6th here. The is huge, the were excellent, and kept the kids entertained with games and tasks. Visited this place to which you would think I was walking into a funeral by the two lovely members who did not so much as crack a smile once during out visit. Refused my nephew who we explained multiple times has autism to with his baby sister on the equipment even though we ensured he wasn’t bothering or playing near the 5 other that was also suffering for the hour playing in satans cave. Overpriced food I wouldn’t feed a stray dog and I would like to say overworked but only they got up was to moan at a severely autistic for entering the centre. Avoid avoid avoid Stupidly didn’t listen to the reviews and decided to try anyway. Not one to usually complain or write reviews but honestly it was horrible I would not recommend it at all. Actively avoid!!! It was 12.50 for one toddler (the areas for under 2 is none existent it’s a v small with a slide and some balls!) they charge 2 pounds per adult. 12.50 was for 1.5 hours play. I was there for 20 minutes, the toddler was overran with kids around 5, so my daughter could not as was being knocked around. Couldn’t find parents etc to ask. Asked nicely at reception for a refund, was given a voucher to return which I obviously don’t want to, they were extremely rude. Stating ‘you saw how busy it was’ of course I did, but you’d think the had tabs on things! It was also unclean with wee on the apparatus. Eve at Planet hosted our daughter’s 4th and she was fab! We paid a staggering £31.50 for three (aged 7, 6, and 19 months) and an adult, which is more than double what we’ve paid at other similar areas. What made it worse is that our eldest child, who is 12, was not even allowed to — or even stay with her younger siblings — yet we were forced to pay for her as an adult! To top it off, we were also charged for an adult entry, which is unheard of at most centres where adults are usually free. Paying for an adult to sit and supervise is ridiculous, especially when we were already overcharged for the children. Overall, this was a total waste of money. The pricing is unfair, and the rules about older not being allowed to stay with their siblings make no sense. Definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable family outing. Attempted to visit today for the first time, with four and both ladys was rude and refused my 10 year old autistic son to because of his height considering there was grown men and women playing on the equipment leads me to beilve it was more than just his height this then led to 2 off my small in floods of tears because they didn't understand why they all could not like the around them how on earth can anyone expect a parent to make one sit out why his siblings run around and play.
