Honestly, this is the friendlies Starbucks ever, the are so nice and welcoming (even at the drive through). and food is good like every Starbucks, but the really make this one stand out. Really nice star bucks. Great decor. Brilliant when you get it. It wasn't busy but it seems if you are ordering a hot no matter when you or how you order it. You get priority over the cold beverages. Which in this case was not good for us. Also seemed like they didn't want to be there not my usual Starbucks experience. In other places they are normally very chatty. There is a drive thru at this one. I downgraded this review because the service has just dropped to an all low. today stayed hidden in the back room and I waited to order while they chatted in the back for 5 minutes. The server came eventually with no apology and didn’t even ask what I wanted, just stood there with a ‘well are you gonna order’ look on his face. Very sad to see a great brand wrecked like this. Last I’m coming here. This is quite a new Starbucks and tbh it never really gets too busy but the service does take a longer than others, I like the fact that they ask you to take a seat and they will either bring it to you or call you when it’s ready. One big negative is they have had some new and they are clueless. Today I was charged the 5p take out charge for the cup when I was staying in and had the mug. asked me if I was staying in but rang up the 5p anyway. Visited early morning, it was very quiet. 2 members of staff, hardly any customers but dirty tables! Unfortunately there wasn't any interaction at all when we were served by a very surly young woman, it was only 9.30 and she but she gave the impression she definitely didn't want to be there. We've been in this Starbucks a number of times without any issues, this was definitely not a good visit! Really friendly and welcome staff. Jacir went above and beyond for second time. A pleasant spot tucked near the reservoir, this Starbucks outlet offers a calm and relaxing ambiance, just as you’d expect from the brand. I tried the Melon Pearl from their Refresha series — light, fruity, and perfect for a chilled break. While the setting and drink were enjoyable, the could be more attentive and welcoming,likely due to being short staffed as order taking ages. Overall, it’s an above-average café experience, Worth a visit if you’re in the area,ideal for a quiet sip and some out. Absolutely disgusted with the environment they are making drinks and serving food in. Me and my friends came in tonight to study and catch up over some coffee, only for the whole place to be infested with fruit flies! This made us all feel very uncomfortable and we had to leave within 10 minutes because we couldn’t stop wafting our arms around everywhere and being worried a fly would land in our drinks. There was trapped in the display food area so I dread to think how many where flying about in the back where they keep the ‘fresh’ items. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to come to this location so do not waste your and money! Great… my server was really nice. Made my taste nicer. Me and a friend regularly visit here for a catch up unfortunately when we visited here recently, there was a fly infestation, all the cakes were in boxes. There were no clean cups, I was served my in a takeaway cup. There were dirty cups on every table. The service was also slow. We had to leave as we began feeling itchy and uncomfortable due to all the flies. Ordered 6 Frappuccino’s for the kids and friends - we normally go to a different place and it’s was closed. Well what a big mistake the worse Frappuccino we’ve ever had. Do not purchase this drink from Starbucks - not worth the won’t ever be going here again. Zero stars Don’t waste your ! (Or money) me and my friends have been to this Starbucks multiple times and it never fails to disappoint! From completely wrong orders, to bad customer service. If you want to waste your money, go to this Starbucks. We decided to try this Starbucks again today just in case of a ‘fluke period’ but it was even worse than ever. Fruit were absolutely everywhere, coming off drinks and food that was being served. As somebody who works in the food industry, this is absolutely disgraceful not to mention completely unhygienic. Yet the were friendlier than the staff, the were unaccommodating and unhelpful when questioned about points on the app, and also untrained on which items were available by points which led me to wasting my own on something that should’ve been free (according to the app) (a lemon loaf- I had 400 points and it was 300 to redeem) not happy at all. And very disappointing considering all the I spend on this company. Usually, we do leave it and move on, yet the amount of wasted isn’t okay. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks which were exactly the same. seemed as if they didn't want to be there and one was very slow. One member of refused a new member help because they wanted to go on break, which left them very confused. When I finally got my drinks, they weren't made properly and the cup barely had any of the actual drink in it ( it was practically just ice ). I ordered a strawberry matcha green tea but I got a green tea with a tiny bit of blended strawberry. The overall experience was horrible and I won't be returning. don’t appear to know what they were doing just prioritised drive through. was awful. The place was not clean with rubbish on the floor in places. One member of who appeared to be going on their break walked passed a table containing dirty cups and just kicked the chair back under the table leaving the dirty cups behind.Will not be going back. Came here today was realy lovely, as a first and all the where sweet And it's a great atmosphere if u want somewhere quiet to be. Amzing wich is why I rate this 5 star! Closes at 8pm but online says 10pm?? Been twice now once just before 8 they said they were closing soon and then kicked us out at exactly 8pm which was very rude, then thought we’d try again the next day and at 9:30pm it was closed. This would be fine if online it stated it closes at 8 and not 10!
