Just did the fallout and loved it. Great props, amazing production value, and new riddles that I've never seen before. Staff is super and flexible. Will be back soon to check out the other rooms! We did the Dungeon in a group of 4 and it was a great time. There were several different puzzles of varying difficulty which made it perfect for all of us, even though we were trapped inside an old dungeon cell with skeletons and scary sounds. Added bonus: the dungeon was dark and windowless and hot, which only intensified our desire to get out of there! The workers were amazing. Very nice and when we needed it. The group was definitely in agreement that we'd do it again. lilth war coll und so We finished the fallout in less than half an hour. The was great and had some unique riddles to solve. We definitely enjoyed our time. Not the best experience. The was boring. We booked this place purposefully for English - and the lady at the reception told us that she cannot speak English. Also, no credit card payment in 2024. Bathrooms dirty etc. I dont think we will be returning. Great experience, the staff was extremely and the clues are in German and English. We will definitely visit again. Update to Original Review: Like another recent reviewer stated, the owner originally tried to influence my (bribe me) by offering a voucher if I changed my review. Now 8 months after I posted my review, he has hired a marketing agency to try and take my down, calling into question the legitimacy of my visit, despite my providing ample specific details about failings of the room. I really hadn’t thought twice about this since I posted it, but I won’t delete it now because free speech is important, and abusing the systems of Google Maps is wrong and sets a bad precedent. Original Review: Very disappointing. We wasted a third of our on a computer clue that had malfunctioned and was therefore unsolvable, and the had to be reset. Given that the was split into three main parts, I assumed this significant delay would surely cause us to run out of and fail the room, but I was wrong because we abruptly and anticlimactically finished the on time, barely even touching the third part of the room. Additionally, the place advertised our as playable by English speakers, but this is absolutely not true. Multiple clues were only in German, Audio clues were fully in German (with a thick Russian accent for added difficulty), and the computer system was fully in German. The main positive was the manager there who was and helpful. was super cool! first trying an and our game master Nina was very and through the whole :) would definitely come again Plan B's Fallout was tons of fun with a maxed out group. This was the perfect way to kick off a Friday night with my bff's! We can't wait to come back and tackle another challenge! Gamemaster was very nice and courteous, he helped us as soon as we needed him and he gave amazing hints as not to spoiler the whole riddle. Update: on 2023-12 I got a fraudulent takedown request claiming I had not been a client, despite them having all my information to confirm it. This is fraud to remove bad reviews from users that don't contest the takedown request in time. I never had such a pathetic before. 👎 I've done many rooms through few years, and this has been the worst by far and with too many issues: * A couple of minutes after the game started, we were brought outside again because apparently the had not been setup properly: It was meant to start completely dark, but we had already seen the entire with lights. This ruined the mood, and it didn't make sense that they didn't realize this was missing, since an employee brought us in and saw the by themself. * During the first 15 minutes or so, we had very loud constant noise of people talking and screaming in the lobby of the site, which could be heard through our door and everywhere in our room. This was so loud that my partner and I couldn't communicate properly with each other, and killed the experience. I don't understand how the Staff allowed this. * The game was not entirely in English despite advertised as such, and you needed to know German for some riddles. * We were not told how to interact with one of the locker mechanisms, which required some special interaction. * When asking for a clue, they would tell the solution straight away rather than hints. The staff also gave hints at times that we didn't ask for them nor needed them. * There are no lockers to leave your belongings. We paid 85 Euros for two people, and it felt like a total rip off. We played Secret Jungle (Jumanji) and had a good couple of challenges. The puzzles were varied, from visual to kinetic to deductive, and kept us engaged from the beginning until the end.
