The place is fine, but nothing special. We didn't enjoy the fact that you had to pay extra for the spa area. Also the water was a bit cold Just wow! Inside pool with wave machine, 4 slides q small slide. Tube slide, bug drop and a that is different I guess. They're is a kids and a outside pool that's heated apparently heated all year. Food court, and a sauna too wich is separated from the pool. Changing was big enough. Just stopped in for the night (6.50€, cash or EC card at an Automat) while passing through town. Relatively private and quaint! It's a lovely 20 minute stroll along the river to Sonthofener See for a morning swim. <3 It's not bad as a 2nd option. They need to work on their front desk speed. It is a bit too slow. I've been here a couple of times and it was always so much fun honestly. There is a kid's pool with waves and four slides. There is also a thermal section but you have to pay extra for that. If it's your birthday you get in for free (thermal section included!!) Really cool! Really cold water on the slides and the bigger pools 🥶 I also feel like the dark now is just.... Dark? It used to have water fall on you while sliding down and flashing lightning and other more "exciting" stuff but today there was litteraly nothing. No light, no water raining on you. it was just dark and the really steep fast was also closed.... so that wasn't great. 🫣 but the kids still had fun so... I guess that counts for something. It's good but it was crowded and loud in the sauna during our stay. Why would you shout in a spa area? The system was terrible & slow, after waiting so long to pay our coupon will not lock the locker. We have to go back to front desk only to be told there was no lock on the coupon. 3pm sunna was cancelled at the very last minute when we were waiting for sunna service. The sunna instructors did a wonder job especially Uta and Daniel. Only for kids, for elder people no reason to be there. Maybe unless you go to the special but not worth the extra 12,00€ Paid 61€ for the family ticket ( 2 adults, 2 kids ). Slides are fun and all but the queue times can be quite long for slides ~15 minutes. Wave bath is definitely fun but also not so large. This is definitely a more busy/hectic place then one to relax/spa. Brought a school group, from England, absolutely amazing service, they were thorough gave the students a briefing regarding the facilities and were helpful when the students left their personal items in the changing rooms, I applaud you all for making it look so easy to manage a group of 35 people thank you again A great place to get to know German sauna culture! The sauna is very cozy, clean, with various sauna types, warm and cold pools, chill-out areas for a nap or reading a book. Great large swimming pool. Drinks and food options.
