The people working at the reception desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the exlusive and it was worth every penny. Message bed, Jacuzzi, Shower with alot of features, sauna and best of all was the entertainment system with chromecast, airplay and loads of other features. The snacks ordering process was also a nice touch with atmost priority to privacy. Would surely visit again. The place was just amazing! Check-in was really simple and the colleagues were really nice. They explained each thing in detail and made sure that hygiene was maintained at all times. It was and the environment was really nice. Das Team war nett und hat versucht das Problem zu lösen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Uns wurde dann eine Bluetoothbox zur Verfügung gestellt. Allerdings hat das Problem gute 15 Minuten verschlungen. Ansonsten kann man nicht meckern. Zimmer- und Wassertemperatur sind angenehm. Bestellungen kommen zügig. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. entspannter Aufenthalt im MySpa. Parken war unkompliziert, der Weg dorthin easy. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und locker, die Räumlichkeiten top und sauber. Overall very relaxing experience, staff was professional and the room was clean. Good for those who want a private to relax. Some suggestions: the room temperature is was cold, the jacuzzi water and shower water temperatures were too cold, one of the jets did not work. For the showers they automatically shut off after a minute or two and then you have to press the button again. I understand water saving measures are necessary, but perhaps the length of time could be a bit longer before the water shuts off. We’ve visited MySpa Stuttgart multiple times over the past few months and have enjoyed it overall. Friendly staff, wellness zones, parking is a plus, easy check-in etc. However, our last visit was extremely disappointing - shower head and the main jets in the jacuzzi were not working at all. Before we left, I spoke to the lady at reception who said they would’ve fixed them without entering the room if I had called them - not sure how the shower head would’ve been fixed from outside but anyway. Then she tells me she took notes and notified her manager where they’ll get back to me as soon as possible. It’s been just under a month now and no communication. Really cool experience! The team was very friendly and helpful. Will come back again and have some private relaxing time. I love this place. A luxurious, not-cheap affair, but worth going back to, again and again.
