There is nothing bad that I can say about this place and picked this place for a couple of reasons. First it is just a few miles or kilometers to where my sons live so the location was right in the middle of the two. Also the price was very reasonable for the two nights that my wife and I stayed there. A continental breakfast was included with the stay which is common for a German Gasthaus (German-style inn, tavern with a restaurant). The owner was very friendly and I had a couple conversations with him during our stay. I would highly suggest Landgasthof zum Wiesengrund to anybody looking for a place to stay if you are in the area. Great room, with a massive bed and good mattresses. Also great food - large portions. Very friendly staff. Why 4 and not 5 stars? Because of the toilet in the room. Looks like something will have to be done to keep it from moving. This will also get rid of the stench that arises.
