Again... a very nice Camping-Car Park in a sweet, little village. All necessary facilities are available, including hot water showers. The Chateau Belair and the cathedral is worth a visit. Very nice small park. Good and clean facilities. Great all with partition hedges for privacy. Close to the where there is a supermarket, bar and some bakeries, the church is large for such a small and the chateau Belair is worth seeing albeit from the outside Beautiful village. The is a camping car park site. The setting is lovely and are delineated by hedging for good privacy. However there are a lot of sloping and none are totally level. I thibk even with ramps there are many spaces that would still be on an angle. If its quiet (check the ccp app) then you might be OK but if it's busy, you're going to be on a slope. The church bells also ring late. Stayed here over Christmas. Lovey quiet site with large surrounded on 3 sides with hedges. Water is from the service point and electricity is at shared posts between the pitches. Lovely walk around the lakes and into the villages where I bought fresh croissants for Christmas breakfast. 5⭐️’s for the well kept Aire/Camping village. Very neat with private bays for parking up. Some are slightly sloping so chocks may be needed. Toilets & showers are clean & tidy. There are also large bins near the entrance. Le Pertre is a clean and pretty town but was too quiet and sleepy to want to stay longer than one night. There was only one grocery store which was temporarily closed when we visited, so stock up with food before you arrive. In summary this is a great stop over rather than a destination. Château de Bel-Air is beautiful which makes the stay worthwhile. A well appointed site, close to local amenities. Lots of pitches, which have good privacy. At the time of year we visited, the toilet block was open, so bonus. Electric was available and we were able to take on board water and empty our cassette toilet. 15 minute cycle to angers along a cycle track. Close to a small supermarket and bakers. Quite a few restaurants.
