One of the Best Places To Visits in Finnsnes Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. A beautiful old well maintained and turned into a hotel. No reception available but they send you the entrance code and you can self check-in which is very convenient. We stayed at the second floor. The bathroom was shared but it was fine for a one night stay. You can bring your food and eat it in the dining-room or in the garden where there are tables too. I like what they`ve accomplished with this restoration. At the wall near the entrance there is an information board telling the story of the house. Free parking available. Stayed in Sea View House. It was extremely clean and had a very well supplied kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, kettle, coffee maker, dish soap, paper towels, a dishwasher, etc. Living area was spacious, comfortable, and had views of the sea (you do see some of the town). Parking right outside the door and loved being able to use the washer and dryer in the main (laundry soap is also provided!). There is a grocery store beside so you can walk to get groceries which was a nice bonus. Bedrooms are cozy but it's only for sleeping. Easy to check-in (a code is emailed when the unit is ready). Suggestions for improvement include adding a soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower as it's awkward to put the soap on the floor and to add better shades or curtains in the bedrooms as the blinds let quite a bit of light in during the summer. Otherwise, we loved our at this very well-run property. The best place to in Finnsnes, hands down. Unmatched in standard, service, location, and price, especially compared to Senja Hotel and Finnsnes Hotel. Quiet , except for very eager sea gulls in mating season. service is prompt when requested. While the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking, I’m confident this will improve over time. Highly recommended! Wonderful place to stay. Very quietly situated next to the water and with very helpful staff. And when you ask kindly a lot can be arranged. Small advice to people from across the Atlantic....please be so kind as to respect the 🤫 The property is unique, clean, and smell nice. Love to here. BEWARE low head walls !! We stayed in the Main on 3rd floor, 32. Beautiful place! 3rd floor no elevators and the ceiling entry way into living and bedroom is extremely low! Definitely hit the head hard a few times. Laundry is in basement. The place itself is very clean and has basic kitchen essentials if you want to cook. Also grocery stores across the street for food. Our had a nice sea view. The thermostat is controlled by owner’s phone —- it was a bit warm (June) during day— with doors and windows open it cools downs nicely. Stayed one night on 18 Oct 22. Well kept cabin, clean and comfortable bed. There were 2 things, bedrooms did not have heaters and we had to sleep upstairs to receive heat from the living room. The rooms were too cold. The shower came with a curtain and so much water leaks on to the floor no matter how careful you could be. Clean, comfortable, washer and dryer onsite. Booked two nights and left early as they gave us a right next to the main door and people were in and out all night and loud so no sleep. Great with some little rooms. Landscape and view are great. It is a "Smart hotel" with no staff available on site (you receive on the check in day a code to access the building and your room). The hotel is not in the center but the center is easily reachable at walkable distance in 5 minutes. The we had includes a small kitchenette. The bed was slightly narrower than normal but still acceptable. We had a nice night there. Lovely small hotel. Nice view and parking 🅿️ We rent the apartment for a night and it was lovely! The is spacious and has everything you need. The owner was also friendly and was very helpful in solving the wifi issue for us. Convenient location to reach Senja. There is also a supermarket nearby if you need anything. Nice heritage property. They have a self check in system. Best part is that they have a free laundry. So if you are traveling for a long time, you should here and wash all your cloths. 😀😀 Clean, warm, and cozy room. Convenient location close to restaurants and grocery stores. It would be perfect if the way to the four apartments are paved more smoothly.
