This local beaches in the Gava neighborhood feature soft sand and breathtaking views of the Med. Locals, tourists and families frequent the beaches in this area. One of the locals told us to come to this for locals. It's about 30 Min from barcelona downtown. Great beach, very well kept and with little people Good in a relatively upscale neighborhood. Parking is still free, even though it's not in nearby Castelldefels. Nice boardwalk for those who want to bike, jog, or just walk. Very clean and welcoming. Good to chill and see the sunset even in winter. Perfect for the whole family Beautiful and clean with the best water, even there is a dog friendly too. is good ( especially in comparison with dog's in Barcelona and in Cala Moriska). We went after 7 p.m. week day and was not crowded but in the entrance one guy asking documents of dog's registration in City Hall. Tags from vet's about microchip and vaccination was not enough for him surprisely. This has shower for the dogs + hose by the side. Very comfortable to wash doggies after sand. We will come back as unfortunately dog's in Barcelona capital too small, just by the piers and has lot's of waves even for humans and dog's shower not working there. Loved the experience! Smooth sand and amazing water! Also loved the wide beach! It didn't make us feel crowded. Also going into the water is safe as it's gradual and sand only. Beautiful spacious and incredibly clean. I swam out to the furthest buoy and you could see the bottom of the sea. Lots of volley ball courts and good restaurants on the main street. Gava Mar is a beautiful Blue Flag that’s always well-maintained. It’s cleaned regularly, with lifeguards on duty, plenty of showers, and frequent police patrols. I especially enjoy the green dunes between the promenade and the - they add a touch of natural beauty. A great spot to relax and enjoy the sea! Wish the showers for the dogs was working Wonderful place to swim but take care of your bags and belongings!! The is clean, not so many people, just what you need Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
