This statue has a lot of history, when you're done looking at the statue there are some fine restaurants with great views! Very nice small town. Worth to visit. Go to beach in summer and take a swim in Ijselmeer. You can go to many cafes, restaurants or have a kibbeling and watch the harbour life. Beautiful location, funky fountain, even in the winter!
