Nice place to spend some any of the day. They have a great selection of games, and fun activities for the whole family. The bowing alleys were my favorite. Wow this mall is the best place I have ever been, after my first I always return there Great lane. Nice oild up 👌 Ahh.. Ilusiona.. I have spent many, many coin here. It's one of my fav arcade & places, definitely. They have a good variety of arcade machines, including my all-time fav, Sega Rally. Some of the machines will give you tickets wich you'll be able to exchange for some prize when you're done playing. The part is quite nice. There's a gold variety of balls to throw, they offer fence service for the little ones and they give you a free beverage foe each player. There is a lot to do here! It has bowling, pool tables, ski hockey, claw games, a few racing and some to earn tickets (for prizes). There are very few actual arcade though. I wish there there were more real arcade to play. This place had alot of games!! But the air conditioners don’t work!! It was too much hot there! The staff at the counter was so rude and they didn’t speak english at all ! My turn came (after waiting for 10 min in line) to redeem the points. I had troubles registering for their ilisiona club and the employee wouldn’t help me with the error I was getting online while registering. Instead she kept taking the people behind me and helping them. I wouldn’t come back or spend any money here again. Doesn’t feel good to spend money in places they don’t value you as a client. The balls got stuck all the and didnt come back to us and we had to reset it every time. The whole thing was bad maintain. The lane had no oil on it. The ball was not spinning like it was supposed to be. I left the place really pissed. La empleada Mavis muy agradable y eficiente. Gustavoo was great, he helped us out and made my experience a fun time, 10/10 would recommend. We had such a great at Ilusiona Splau! The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Meivis, she was amazing — so nice and always making sure we were having fun. You can really tell they care about the customers.
