Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. 5 euro to get o side, but the place is well kept. Unfortunately too many tourist but I can't speak much cause I am one of them 😅😂 try to come very very early, or during low season October November, or April perhaps. Avoid July and august. 🔝 One of the most beautiful things in Sicily Beutiful nature and sea! Great place to explore the old tonnara works and tradition Lovely little insight into the art of tuna fishing The place is amazing, although rather hard under the scorching sun. We arrived from the northern entrance (San Vito side) and there was no issue to park the car along the road. Of course, being there at ~11 am made us park further from the entrance, but that’s okay. Being lots of water if you plan to go deeper. One big bottle per each person, I’d say, because we had one for the two of us and it was a struggle. The beaches are phenomenal, each better than the previous one. Suggest eater shoes to have a comfortable walk in the water though. Bring the snorkeling mask - it is very worth it. Also suggest bringing the beach umbrella. Yes, it’s annoying to carry it around, BUT: on some beaches it works just fine (on others you might have to hold it) and as the reserve doesn’t have natural shade, it might be a good idea to actually walk under the umbrella - I did that and sometimes it helped a lot. If you’re in JUST for the beaches, consider renting a boat at Castellamare or other place. From what I know, it can be rented for about 80eur for the whole day and you don’t need a license or anything. Will save you lots of stamina. Genuin place , food is amazing Its closed on 07/11/2023 at 3pm. Or its mentionned open here.
