È molto curioso vedere il suo interno poiché si vede il meccanismo del suo orologio che è davvero molto curioso e complesso. Dopo aver percorso l'intera salita, magari con calma, data l'estensione notevole dell'alzata dei gradini, si gode veduta all'esterno e brezza appena descritte, ma pure presenza di un paio di imponenti campane, che doveva essere una meraviglia poter ammirare nei loro primi ondeggiare determinati da comandi solo meccanici. L'area di "sosta" è perimetrata da un'inferriata a maglie intreccianti inestetica, ma anche rassicurante. La necessaria salita, che precede il raggiungimento "vetta" (quasi "vetta", poiché vi è ancora la cuspide cui gli addetti ai lavori possono accedere, se necessario, per mezzo di una scaletta), è intervallata da ballatoi che ospitano vecchi mezzi di misura del tempo, taluni tanto seducenti. Segnalo la gentilezza giovanissima signorina che ha molto ben saputo accogliere me e mia figlia in visita il pomeriggio del 29 luglio scorso. Se non si è troppo distanti da Mondovì suggerisco la visita e, se si è distanti alcune decine di chilometri, la suggerisco abbinandola a quella del Museo Civico Stampa e del Museo Ceramica. È stata realizzata, infatti, dagli amministratori un'intelligente combinazione dei ticket che permette una comoda e conveniente fruizione dei succitati siti culturali. Buon tour!
