The place is just a small camping area with cabins for rent, just enough for hangouts with friends and family. Of course you can also bring your camper or tents. It has a small swimming pool for kids to enjoy. Clean and decent shower (with hot water) and toilets even for kids, laundry area and dish washing area as well. Great for couples with kids to hang out. No place for hiking inside, but there are hiking spots around 20mins away from the location. Rates varies for entrance and amenities. Campsite nice, bathrooms super clean, new and maintained, receptionists friendly. We really liked this place. The only negative, not limited to this place though (we’ve seen this phenomenon elsewhere in Italy) are the operating hours of the pool. You’re not supposed to use the pool other than in the official hours, which is something like 10-12 and then 14-18. Since the pool is unattended and not being cleaned in all of the «closing » time, this rule makes little sense to us. We were told (elsewhere) that it’s the tradition that dictates these hours…Unfortunately, as we travelled long distances during daytime, in hot weather, and we looked forward to have a dip upon arrival, we were often disappointed to learn that we are too late for a swim… When we then had to leave the next morning, we either missed the swimming altogether, making children children sad, or waited and got behind the planned schedule :-/ Edited: the first review was made entirely by accident!!!
