Adults / Parents have to pay 11€ per person just to sit and wait when their kids play... Been to 50+ playlands all over Europe and never encountered that adults pay... And you cant bring your own water... We didn't enter... In the four years I was in Germany, I knew I could always count on Tschakka Bay. We went frequently to add a little excitement for the boys during the cold, indoor winter. We also hosted and attended many birthdays here! I'd admit that some of the food complaints I've read here are valid, but for me, the overall experience was great! In my opinion, far far -FAR- superior to Max Fun in Grafenwoehr. Really enjoyed it there, very clean, neat, friendly stuff and even yummy food My experience was awesome! I have three boys and they are all between 2-10. They had a blast here. There is a space for small children as well and it has well placed toys for small kids to enjoy their time as well. The staff here is very nice and speaks english if you need it. Snacks are quality snacks and their food is worth it. My kids loved their pizza. We came in on a sunday and there was only like 5 families here so it was not busy as all. The slides are super fast so be careful. WC was nice and clean and well maintained. Perfect indoor playground for kids..especially when they have birthday parties.. No ventilation, good staff, very friendly. Not good on hot/humid days. The nicest indoor playground we’ve ever been to! The staff is super nice, the food is very good and it’s extremely clean. We loved it there and would not mind driving one hour to go there vs going to the closer ones. It was just amazing! Kids were playing and having fun while I was able to do work because they have WiFi there. A very clean and fun place to let your littles release some energy! Gave it a 4 star only because one of the staff members was rude!
