Outstanding hotel right on the Camino. Very historic and well kept building with great character and sense of history. Rooms are extremely comfortable and the bedding is great. Tortas, tortillas, are home made, coffee bar is excellent. David the owner and his wife will go out of their way to serve you. We stopped here for a quick lunch and were very happy to see vegetarian and vegan options on the menue (dont worry meat-eaters theres also something for you)!! Which is not a very common thing in Spain. The staff was very friendly and the ambiente was wonderful. If ill ever make the camino de Santiago again, ill gladly stop here again and have a vegan empenada or a lovely carrot cake (or both) Excellent homemade food and very cosy! The chocolate cake and vegan empanada were incredible. With a coffee it came to €10 I can just say about a restaurant. Stopped there for a coffee and a small snack. Magical wonderful place with great energy and lovely people. Recommend to go directly when you enters the village ;) I had lunch at the terrace and enjoyed the great empanadas and cold beer engulfed with good vibes and attentive service. Food was so good that I had to return for the delicious homemade dinner - fairy lights strung between beams created pockets of warmth, whilst jazz music played at dinner at just the right volume, loud enough to add character but quiet enough for intimate conversations. After a long walk up hill along the Camino de Santiago, it is so welcoming to find this lovely little traditional lodge with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. David - the owner immediately makes you feel welcomed as soon as you arrived at the front entrance. Together with his ever helpful and friendly assistant, Alberto, one can’t help but to fall in love with this place. The hearty home-cook dinner over local wine and good company are something I will remember for a long time to come. A great respite for a weary traveller along the Camino! Amazing soups and cakes. Worth the stop. Lemon cake and carrot cake while I was there Bread at breakfast was outstanding Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
