They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Update 4: Picked them up. Unlike claimed, they weren't finished, so I had to wait, which messed up my schedule. They also complained I wanted to pay with Visa. Otherwise excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Fair/Reasonable price (55 EUR for mounting 1 and servicing 2). Recommended. Excellent shop with very knowledgeable staff, I dealt with Rafael in the purchase of my bike, clothes, helmet and shoes and got an honest opinion and awesome explanation of my option, not trying to sell me the more expensive stuff, rather, Rafael provided the right gear for my age and type of riding. Rafael speaks very well in English, so that is a bonus for us still struggling with Portuguese language. Movefree has the largest availability of in stock bicycles for test rides. The appears to be very active in promoting bicycle events of all types in Portugal. The salesman who helped me listened attentively and offered suggestions in a low pressure manner in order to help me find a bicycle that was right for my needs. A few days later, I needed to return to have some small adjustments made, and once again, the repair tech listened attentively, working things out until every little thing was fixed to my satisfaction. Though I speak Portuguese, the salesman and the technician both spoke English well, for those expats and tourists who might need help in the area.
