The store’s products are perfectly comprehensive—10 out of 10—professional, the store is beautifully designed, the staff are friendly, and the service is both excellent and professional. This is the highest praise I can give to an aquarium shop. I highly recommend this store! Finest Aquatics LTD was a jewel of a find. Having been looking on Google maps for aquatics shops in the area, expecting garden centres to be the only place, I found Finest Aquatics LTD and was curious. Set in an industrial area, I genuinely thought that this would be more of a whole sale business, but when I arrived, I noticed families coming out of the front entrance. On entering the premises, you walk into a small shop, and this, as most aquatics shops do , was selling pumps, tanks, and variation of other equipment. Instantly, I noticed the low prices on tanks and was amazed at the variety of products. Whilst looking at the stock on the shelves, I noticed people moving through a door next to the counter. Following suit, I walked into a neon lit room with all around it and coral being grown/ maintained. At the back of this area was a wooden set of stairs to the fresh and salt water fish. Half of this area was stock for such and the other tanks. Having looked through the stock on the shelves, I was amazed at how low the prices are. I personally own a fresh water tank and have been paying, what seems like, premium prices for filter, sand, and food. I can't recommend highly enough that a visit here would brighten your day. Kids will love it, and your bank balance will thank you. This place has everything you could need if you love keeping fish! Having been out of the hobby for quite a while it was lovely to find a place where the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly, and without any pushy sales tactics! Both Josh on my first visit, and Elliott on my second, were excellent answering all my questions and helping me ensure that I'm doing everything right to keep my tank happy. I cannot praise them enough and will definitely be coming back again. Once again a great experience dealing with Finest Aquatics, you have to have a lot of faith when you're distance buying livestock, speaking to the knowledgeable and helpful staff on the phone fills you with confidence. The arrived in a well packaged box and in great shape. Can't recommend them enough. Fabulous experience with Finest aquatics from start to finish!! We dealt with Josh over Facebook and in store, he was very polite and responsive. He sent me videos of the that I was interested in and we collected the next day. The quality of the are superb, we got a beautiful pair of Blue Acara, and pair of Apistogramma Cacatuoides and a male Apistogramma Macmasteri. If you haven't been to this aquatic shop already, I highly recommend that you do!!!
