It was absolutely no problem to reserve it for 2 weeks at no cost, as my Lease-a-bike benefit could not be activated sooner since I was still in my probation period at my new employer. Customer Service from Denisa was perfect. If Deggendorf would have been friendlier and could wait 2 weeks, I would have bought it from them (a note for you, Deggendorf, if you read this). I had three small problems over the past 2 months which the store solved very well. 1. The high pressure pump for the dampers had a faulty release valve, not their fault and they also replaced this without any issues for a new one. The new pump is absolutely perfect. 2. A pinched cable from the front light that ran between the engine cover and engine. This cable has been replaced without any issue. 3. Because of the front light being connected to the battery, the Bosch system reserves 10% of battery capcity for the connected lights, and disables the support. Per my request, the workshop has set this treshold to the lowest % setting that the Bosch Diagnostics software allowed. This has been done at the same time as the cable replacement. My transaction hasn't been without issues, but it is most important here that I could count on the store when issues arose. They happily solved my issues, I'm happy with my and their customer service! Store very well equipped, with a large parking. I bought an extraordinary bike. Great atmosphere and sellers.
