Our boy stayed here for two weeks while we went on holiday. We really these kennels, the really for your pets like their own and you get photo updates. My dog was so and well looked after. We were very nervous when our husky at Ferry Farm for the first time, however everyone there was very reassuring and took their to walk through all the details of the dog's day-to-day in the kennels. We have been there for three stays now and I cannot it enough, every we come to pick him up he's very friendly with everyone, he is very comfortable being around all the lovely staff, which reassures me even more. We are definitely coming back again! Our dog stayed recently and was cared for extremely well. We collected him and he was happy, relaxed and clean! The had laundered his blankets for us and given him a good run in the paddock so we could return from holiday without a to do list. Fantastic updates and clearly the really about the animals in their care. We will definitely be back, I think the dog was disappointed to be leaving! Thank you! We hadn't used Ferry farm previously, and like any caring owner was a little nervous. I popped over in advance to take the for a look around, and was really impressed with how clean the were. You could tell there was real pride in what they do. Dawn invited us to pop back over closer to our holiday, so the could have a good sniff around. During their stay the team sent some pics over of our two very pups! Went to collect them both to see how they were, and in great condition. The lady who looked after them was so passionate about ensuring in her had the best time. We left very pleased with our choice, and will definitely use ferry farm again.....great team, and perfectly clean kennels. Juno has stayed twice at Ferry Farm and I can only say positive things about them. They keep me updated and send me photos without me having to ask, she obviously loves the staff, always to see them. She comes back home and calm because they spend with her and obviously meet her needs (she slept on the car all the way home). And the most amazing thing to me, she doesn’t stink. She’s stayed at other places and she comes back smelling like she’s just been rescued from the streets but 4 days at Ferry Farm and she came back smelling just lovely. Love this place and will continue to stay here! Used the kennel service for our dog, would highly recommend. Just collected our dog and it was clear from his interaction with staff, that they had bonded and hes been well cared for. You could just tell. He made a fuss of all staff, and them.of him. Staff are friendly, open, accomodating and always busy around the site. The premises is clean and appears well maintained. Never had a worry about him and will use again. I’ve never left my cat alone overnight since getting him nearly two years ago, so I was incredibly anxious about finding the right place. I’m so glad I found this beautiful cattery, it honestly feels like a little cat (and dog!) hotel straight out of a movie. The environment is so calm and serene and each cat has their own mini apartment fully equipped with everything they need. You literally don’t have to bring anything except your pet! A special thank you to Emma, who was absolutely wonderful. She kept in touch with me throughout Jasper’s stay and her updates genuinely eased my anxiety. I visited twice beforehand with a long list of questions and they never rushed me, every concern was answered with patience and kindness. The owners live on-site and you can really tell how much they care; even the looked so going out for their daily walks. This was my trial run and now that Jasper is home, it’s clear he was very well cared for. I’ll definitely be booking here again for my next trip. The whole experience was impressive, professional, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended! I would Ferry Farm without hesitation. I was extremely nervous about our labrador Bella, as she's only 1.5 years old, quite a nervous dog and is used to almost constant company as I work from home. However as soon as we walked in and I saw how the approached her, I felt better. Every request, silly question I had, and concern we had was listened to. The sent photos and videos whilst we were away so we could enjoy our holiday knowing she was happy. When we picked her up, we had to drag her away from the in the end - she clearly loved all of them! Thanks so much to all of the for taking great of her, Bella will definitely be back! Absolutely fantastic place! We had a last minute week long booking for our five and they had the best time! We saw photos of them out on walks, they played in the field together, and the knew all there funniest traits by the end of the week - like which one loves bum scratchies and which one hoards tennis balls! The were so lovely and welcoming and confirmed all the details and information for both to ensure they were cared for while we were away. The were very clean. Both clearly had a great as when I went to collect them they were running around in the paddock and didn’t even notice that I’d snook in to get them. We recently had to leave our rescue for the first time, which is something we were so nervous about. Needn't have worried. Ferry Farm put us and our girl completely at ease from day one, showing us around in advance and taking on board everything. Took absolutely exceptional of her - she had a great time! Cannot highly enough. We were anxious about having to board our four rescue for us to be able to go on holiday, but the moment we turned up unannounced at Ferry Farm we knew we’d found the right place and the right people to leave them with. Dawn, Mark and the girls couldn’t have looked after our girls more, buying them cheese, giving them cuddles and even a spa day before we picked them up looking beautifully clean, smelling lovely and very well fed. Both Dawn and Emma sent me lots of photos and updates which really put me at ease. When we picked them up yesterday everyone said how much they’d loved having our girls and that they were going to miss them. I’d highly boarding at Ferry Farm and will happily be my girls there in the future under the wonderful of Dawn, Mark and their amazing team. This was my first using ferryfarm, my dog Rain (husky) absolutely loved it, he was beyond taking of, he was there for 8 days, I was able to get updates on him too, I can't fault them, you can see how the are and there is tons and tons of space, I wont use anyone else now. These are amazing. Thankyou to all the for taking of him I was so nervous my dog in a when it became the only option for our holiday but I neednt have worried! Ferryfarm were absolutely fantastic and reassured me any I checked in on Bruce. I picked up a very healthy dog after his 8 day stay and can tell he was taken good of! Put ours in and they have been well looked after, the have had a blast both Bramble and Fern have done nothing but sleep since been home! And I can’t thank them enough our flight home was delayed and we ended up being over 3 hours late to collect and there was no issue on that. So thank you once again! Jordan and Alan. Our German Shepard Alan recently stayed here and I was so worried about him for a week and I really had no need. All the girls were so friendly and kept me updated all week with photos etc of Alan. I would definitely and will have no doubt Alan will enjoy his ‘holiday’ just as much as we did on his next stay. Think the pic say it all x Our staffie had never stayed at Ferry Farm before. She's a rescue and can be timid and clingy so we were a bit nervous about her. However, we needn't have worried as she had obviously had a good time. The themselves are well built and maintained. The took to take lots of information about her and were to give her normal diet. They were very professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They are obviously pet lovers. We would happily Ferry Farm and will definitely use them again. 👍 Just collected our dog after a few days stay. Absolutely outstanding given. He’s an older dog who is almost blind but he’s been looked after like he was their own dog. Would definitely and will be back when we need to use kennels. Thank you so much for caring for him.
