The daytime parking charge is a council cash cow during the week but free after 4pm and weekends. Great place ausome friendly. Also, you can pay £2 to just use the showers, which is handy when car camping or after a sandy day at the beach. When I used the everyone of them had £1 sticker on the mechanism on the back of the door. I tried 3 different £1 coins in 3 different and they all worked fine! This is a complete scam and don't fall for it. On leaving I brought the matter up with the receptionist who sold the tokens to me. Her reply...... " Only old £1 coins work in the and new ones get jammed". Complete lie. My Granddaughter loved the beach though 👍 Quite expensive membership for a small gym, the is pretty good though. Fantastic Leisure Centre located in Redcar. It has many facilities, including a 25m indoor and kids pool, various indoor courts for football, tennis and badminton, exercise classes, a large gym and sauna and steam rooms. Provides access for people with disabilities and also classes and gym training sessions. Decent facilities. It could be bigger and open a little later. We were in Redcar visiting family and had just failed to get into OneGym. We came here and managed to get a free day pass to use the gym. Jack was super patient and helpful! Gym is well stocked - as with many gyms, not enough mid range weights - but good vibe, not too busy and really staff! who are well organised all new gym equipment absolutely spotless would definitely recommend A good place to go for a swim. It’s in the centre of Redcar and consists of a nice clean with classes and more, a medium sized gym and more!!! Excellent classes . My son is loving it, and his instructor is great. He always points out when kids aren't doing the strokes right, he always encourages them and gives praise to those who try. Shouty man ( not shouting at the kids but to them so they can hear him) as I call him is genuinely happy when the kids do well and I hope going forward that he teaches the other levels because I will be trying to stick to his class for my son. Very good facilities, car park was full but parking a little way down the road was free at the weekend. First visit tonight to give support with my 20 year old disabled grandson in the pool.
