Everything is well organised, they helped us out when we turned up early. They sorted out dual carts on some vouchers we purchased. My son loved his birthday racing! They have race stats and a selection of drinks and food available. fun. Equipment was and the was fast and challenging. My only minor gripe was that nobody explained the race format . We were sent out for what I thought was a warm up but turned out to be the race ,which wasn't really a race, as it was only about getting the fastest lap. Will definitely go back though. Nice reception area with plenty of seats and refreshments. We had a as a group Always enjoy a visit to hull karting, its a workout, always and can acomadate larger groups looking forward to the high ropes when it opens An excellent experience. A workout for the arms too. If you go then I recommend to get the results emailed to you because it let's you see each lap time, overall best lap ect for the whole group. Loved it. Thank you guys We visit every December for a family trip (usually a dozen or so drivers) and we are always well looked after. The is fun, and being able to take the 2-seater out with all the single seaters and a mixed age of drivers makes it ideal for us. We do also try and get there in warmer weather as well if possible...... for the kids. Only.got one round the course. Paid for an hour but really got 40 mins climbing as a party was booked straight after us. were lovely and really helpful 2 sessions over the Xmas break for my 12 year old with his friends. Nice big outdoor and up to 15 going around for 2 x 15min session comfortably. where really helpful and plenty of them to keep everyone safe. & fun track. Will be back again. Only wish there were cameras to capture our faces so we could buy a proper keepsake photo or video. There was an option to buy a video for £7.50, but it only showed the from my kart’s view without our faces. It would be wonderful to have those memories on film, especially for a first with my son. I took a solo trip to Hull adventure and did the high ropes. Dan was my instructor and he was amazing. He was patient and made me feel comfortable. They have a harder route and an easier route so you can do what feels comfortable for you and it was really fun. Visited yesterday with my son who’s got plenty of indoor from another he’s a member of, however this was his first outdoors. He was a little nervous at first but after a few sighting laps he was well away. Didn’t stop talking about it all day and already wants to come back and take his Dad along too. Will always visit again (Even when I'm 16) I recently took my nephews at Hull Adventure. They enjoyed the activity itself, but there were several issues worth noting. Firstly, it was not made clear in advance that you must either bring your own gloves and balaclava or purchase them on-site. This resulted in an unexpected additional cost of £5 per person. Access to the venue can also be problematic on Hull KR match days, with cars parked along the access road reducing it to a single lane. Restricting parking here would help significantly. The website mentions food, but I only saw a few cans and some ice cream for sale. Despite the venue having a 5-star hygiene rating, the state of the kitchenette behind the reception desk did not inspire confidence. Unfortunately, the was also underwhelming. While they were not rude, they were not particularly welcoming or customer-focused either. Service felt like an effort, with a few sighs and huffs, and I was ignored for a while while personal conversations took place. A polite “excuse me” seemed to cause irritation. It is and so often is the case it had the feel of a local authority-run operation, lacking the friendly, customer-oriented atmosphere you’d typically expect from a privately run business. Overall, while the itself was enjoyable, the overall customer left room for improvement. Update to response from management: Thank you for replying. While I appreciate the effort, your response felt overly lengthy and more focused on justifications than directly addressing the issues raised. For clarity: Gloves and balaclavas are mandatory, so they should really be included in the advertised price, with a clear option to deduct if you bring your own. You state you are “in talks with Hull KR and Hull City Council” – but the venue itself is operated by Hull City Council. You mention “regular inspections.” The last Food Hygiene inspection publicly recorded is over three years old (30 April 2022). A Trading Standards inspection is not the same thing – that relates to fair trading and product safety, not food hygiene. A shorter, clearer response would have been far more helpful to future visitors than a long explanation full of justifications. I hope this helps future visitors make an informed choice. The team were amazing and so supportive of our younger members (and adults) who needed some help on the ropes. It was windy and rain was pouring down, but we still had the best ever! Bubble football is so much fun! We will surely return to try out some other activities there. Also, the were really nice and welcoming and the premises were clean and warm - really important after an outdoors session in the cold and wet. All out team agreed it was a thoroughly experience, from the beginning to the end. lods of fun highly recommend evening of and high ropes. The Go-karting is very good, brilliant value for money compared to everywhere else I’ve been. Billy and Luke who work there tried teaching me how to drive however I lapped them both in my race!
