An outstanding hotel with a very nice pool on the top floor. Service at the reception very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the bar on the first floor wasn't occupied, and there weren't any drinks by the pool either. Towels and bathrobes were available, there was a parking lot for our motorcycles. Conclusion: very nice hotel, we will definitely be back. Unfortunately stayed for a night only, but definitely should come back. Especially the kindness and beauty of the lady at the front desk upon arrival (and what a pity, I forget to ask her name). Nice and clean rooms, average Italian breakfast, nice view. I've been here with my wife and daughter for just one night. Location is wonderful, the room is fine with a nice view on the sea. What I didn't like at all is the breakfast, really low quality, for such a place. Also the service is not enough for what you pay. My daughter took just milk, and while drinking you could see the marks of coffee on the cup. It's not acceptable for the price that you pay. Staff is very friendly but , they hv such a ridiculous rules , like ….. check out at 10 am , never happens to me , pool time is from 10am till 7pm , 😳😳😳, breakfast and a good but they close between 10/10.30 and …. The worst ever …. We asked the f after check out we allow to stay around the pool and ….. they say just untill 12 , how come ! All over the world when u arrive or after check out they allow customer at least to use the facilities. Location is great and staff is friendly but ….. no way guys they must lear how to deal with customer the management must be more customer oriented .
