Tack så mycket! it is the perfect place to meet in the wild and without cages. also, the owners are very knowledgeable and visiting with them allows you to learn a lot about the themselves! Nice alg park. You get to walk with the hosts to the can feed them. It was a nice and pleasant visit. A place not to miss! I was welcomed very warmly at the local shop. As the daily tour starts at 5pm we had some time for a nice chat where I already learned some interesting facts about elks. I was humbled by the way the are treated and respected here. They are still wild and it is up to them to come or not when called. It was so nice to see them coming one after the other, the female as last, to be given a treat (you can get very close to them and feed them an apple or two). Travelling there: Make sure to look out for a big wooden board with a map on it on the right beside a gate (we missed it the first time and ended up in the middle of nowhere). If they would have provided b&b we would have gladly prolongued our stay and learned more about elks (A tip for the owners ;-) Purely amazing place. If you love nature and want to see wild living free this place is a beautiful place. Owners are friendly and honest and if you take some time they have amazing stories to tell. Last but not least, place is not commercial one. It is a family purpose in saving wildlife in Sweden. Very nice people who knows to tell a lot about those fantastic animals. Nice to see how they give them a save habitat. They tell a lot about the moose. And when we drove away 2 miles from the farm we saw 1 female in the nature. So beautiful. Yesterday we visited your beautiful farm. We were very kindly received and it was clear from your story that the are very important to you. As a visitor, we liked the idea that the can choose for themselves whether they want to interact with people or not. You clearly understand what a (wild) animal needs and the future of the wild is close to your heart. It was very impressive to meet these beautiful large up close. Lovely afternoon and experience with the children. We all loved hand-feeding the and it was great getting up so close to these majestic animals. The whole setting is luxurious and the guiding is provided by a very knowledgeable and lovely couple. Recommended!
