When you have something, you talk to the staff and they solve for you. In David Lloyd, they asked me to send email and wait for weeks for a robotic response, and they still charge 30 euros per month if I want to pause. I feel more motivated at Fitopia to really workout and it’s usually not crowded in the workout area and shower place. The machines are well-maintained and have a wide range of variety. I love the free coffee corner. And I can bring my daughter in weekends. Ik heb hierover echter geen enkele officiële communicatie per e-mail of op een andere manier ontvangen. Ik wilde vandaag mijn laatste beurt opnemen, maar krijg nu te horen dat dit meer mogelijk is. Kruisjes op de vloer zou al heel veel oplossen. Een hele gezellige, motiverende fitness! Ik kom elke keer met veel plezier sporten! Na 10 jaren afwezigheid kom ik terug bij Fitopia en zoals toen ben ik heel erg aangenaam verrast door de vriendelijkheid en professioaliteit van medewerkers, het ruime aanbod aan faciliteiten en lessen en de netheid van alle zalen en kleedkamers. Voor mij is het meer dan een plek waar ik kom sporten; het is het eveneens mogelijk even uit te rusten en bij te praten in de lounge-hoek alsook om van een verse koffie te genieten; en zelfs lekker en gezond hapje te eten.
