The top experience starts with the security personnel who was very kind, explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with. It was a pleasure to walk through the park and cakes were very good. I went there on a day of restaurant opening. I enjoyed the food I had there. I'm always up for trying something new. I was hoping to take a walk in the surrounding park but it was too dark and to cold. Maybe I will give it a chance during summer. Świetne na spacer i nie tylko. Klimatyczna kawiarnia, sympatyczne kelnerki. Polecam. Great food and service. Nothing negative. Beautiful place, nice and well managed park, cool cafe and restaurant, friendly staff. Pałac to za dużo powiedziane. Raczej willa. Na terenie przyjemna knajpa i park. Widok parku i stawu psują współczesne budynki tuż obok. Bardzo miła obsługa I stayed for 1 night in the heavenly hotel annexe of this Palace and its grounds. I loved it! 30 mins from Warsaw Chopin Airport in a rural spot. No road noise just nature. Peacocks, red squirrels and sheep are amongst the grounds inhabitants. 3 large ponds, all with seating areas and signage for walks. Inside the hotel is tastefully decorated and clean. The restaurant and bar area is a joy with a top class menu for food and drink, much of which is home produced. The Palace is small compared to some but big enough for any wedding party. Amazing English speaking staff always attentive. My breakfast was fit for a King! I recommend this place for all. Wnętrza pałacu też piękne, ale chyba nie są zbyt często otwarte, miałem szczęście. Spacer po parku chyba płatny, chyba że ktoś jest gościem kawiarni/restauracji. Everything was nice except the manager called Mr Lukasz. This gentleman has such a bad attitude and is so rude to clients. Absolutely not hospitable, it would be better for him to work in “Urząd” rather than ruining the experience of guests in this nice property. Świetne miejsce! Palac Rozalin is a beautiful location: the venue looks great and the garden really is beautiful. The initial conversation went good and we booked the venue for our wedding. But as they say "The true test of character is not how well one behaves in times of success and happiness, but how one stands during times of challenge and controversy." A time of challenge came, corona happened. True colors are revealed in the darkest of times. We paid a lot of money to Rozalin, Corona happened, no wedding and the way of communication of Rozalin was horrible, we were stressed, we couldn't get our money back. We had to go to court, and now, 3 years later, we finally got our money back because of verdict of the judge. I have no idea why we had to go through this hell. I'm sure if everything goes well Rozalin is a beautiful location to organize your party and/or event. Unfortunately not for us, a 1 star review because Rozalin only cares about themselves, they only understand their own troubles and only their own perspective.
