I must admit that for a long time, till visiting Depot I did not eat steak, that was almost perfect! It was as it should be, fresh, perfectly prepared and almost perfectly made (I ate rare to medium usually). For this time I have ordered made from Namibian beef and. And I can say, the meet itself with preparation state is a state of the art! Nothing more than salt and pepper, was more than enough to taste true meat taste. Great!
