There is no menu as such, however when we arrived, they said they had a cod stew or we could have a selection of snacks. We had these and a bottle of lovely vino verde (green wine). Excellent service and the food was wonderful. And the price for two of us was €56 - amazingly good value. Highly recommended! Atendimento sabio e atencioso. We walked here from our Airbnb after a long drive from Spain and were not prepared to speak Portuguese. So, the menu was a mystery. Our waiter offered to select a few tapas for us and we agreed. It was marvelous. And the wine was excellent. Do not hesitate to eat here. Foi a minha primeira vez no Zé Ligeiro e fui com dois amigos que já conheciam o restaurante. Confesso que fui sem grandes expectativas, mas fiquei muito bem surpreendido. O ambiente é simples e acolhedor, típico da zona e que acaba por tornar a experiência ainda mais autêntica. A comida estava muito bem confecionada, com sabores caseiros e doses bem servidas. Nota-se a preocupação com a qualidade e com a tradição. O atendimento foi simpático e eficiente, sempre atentos e prestáveis, o que fez toda a diferença. No geral, é um restaurante ideal para quem procura boa comida portuguesa, num ambiente descontraído e com uma excelente relação qualidade-preço.
