I’ve been trying high end ice cream all around the world and I was convinced nobody does it as good as they do it in Italy…until now. These guys have put their soul into making the most smooth and perfectly balanced ice cream ever, using locally sourced produce and staying away from artificial stuff. This place is more than worth the trip. And you have to try the rhubarb flavour!!! So good ice cream! They have seasonal flavours and the cones are flavoured with cardamom which is delicious. I had rhubarb and strawberry. Was very surprised by the rhubarb, it was both tangy and sweet! Got the gelato recommended by friends so had to try it! Cute café in a small village. Staff was helpful and we could try some of the flavour. All locally produced and my favourite one was rhubarb and blueberry. We also had freshly baked cinnamon buns and they were perfect! This is a hidden gem. The homemade gelato is in a league of it's own. All is hand made and the staff is very easygoing and really good at what they do.
