Fantastic company the best (and only) way to arrive in Monaco I used this company for two things, one arriving from Nice to Monaco and two to do a tour over the region. I really enjoyed both, the company is super professional, you feel amazingly safe, and the staff were really nice. Overall a big 5 stars experience & review from both my wife and I. First family helicopter ride. All very smooth because the heliport was quiet and few people booked in. We arrived 30 mins early and went straight out for our 10 min flight. No car immediately afterwards per my booking but a smart black mini bus arrived c 40mins later to take us into monte carlo. Picked up from hotel, smooth check in, great and service in Nice was incredible. Accompanied to check in, expedited and then straight through security no queueing. Exceptional experience, the staff at this agency are top notch. From the airport to Monte Carlo and the return, during both trips we were picked up promptly, escorted through security, and guided to our very exhilarating flights. If you’re traveling to MC, don’t miss this experience. Dishonest, unprofessional, and unsafe. I could not recommend AVOIDING this company more strongly. I flew with them somewhat regularly over many years without incident; however, two consecutive flights were a disaster and I would never ever fly with them again. They lied about the price of a and tried to extort me into paying extra to complete a booking I had already been invoiced fully for, paid for, had confirmed, and received confirmation / boarding documents. Don't get defrauded by these crooks. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Courtesy pick up from port and taken directly to heliport. On the helicopter within 15 minutes and Nice airport with in another 7 minutes. If they could drop you air side in Nice airport that would be icing on the cake! But also you have to go back though security at Nice airport. My dissatisfaction concerns the disregard for local data protection rules. My repeated requests to have my data deleted were not followed up on — neither by the communications department nor the IT department. We had a wonderful experience this afternoon at the Monaco Heliport with Heli Air Monaco. Everything was fast, perfectly organized, and completely stress-free. Everyone was very kind, and the pilot even took photos of us before the and shared a few interesting facts about Monaco. A special thanks to the pilot for being so polite and pleasant. It was a gift for my mom, her first helicopter ever, and she was thrilled.
